Strassenschneepflug.
Road snow plow. The present invention relates to a road snow plow which can operate reliably at high driving speeds and which is not damaged when approaching obstacles lying on the road.
According to the invention, the snow plow is provided with adjacent blades, each hinged to the plow frame by means of a lever arm and under the action of helical springs, the whole thing in such a way that both the evasive movement of the lower blade sections against the direction of travel to the rear as well as those of the whole blades upwards are taken up by the same springs.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown in cross section cal cally.
The snow plow is seen with blades 1 ver, which are hinged to lever arms 3. The lever arms 3 are in turn attached to the plow frame 7 by the joint 4. The lever arms 3 jointly carry a tubular axis 8 which extends transversely to the lever arms 3 and which each carries a helical spring 5 in the area of the lever arms 3. One free end 5 'of each helical spring 5 runs parallel to the lever arm 3 and extends through a recess in the plow frame 7 and presses against a stop 6. The other spring end 5 "runs approximately vertically and is supported under pretension against a stop 1 'of the blade 1.
With 2 another stop on the look 1 is referred to, against which the arm 3 is pressed.
The stops 2 and 6 are adjustable and thereby enable the blades 1 to be adjusted precisely to one another. The stops 6 of the lever arms 3 transfer the pressure forces generated during operation to the Pflugrah men 7. The multiple coils having coil springs 5 can move independently of one another around the joint 4 together with the lever arms and spring the blades in both horizontal and vertical right Direction off.
When approaching an obstacle, an evasive movement of the lower shovel part is initiated to the rear, with the shovels simultaneously lifting off the ground and being able to return to their normal position very quickly after driving over the obstacle. The alternative is up to the height of the ground clearance of the plow frame.
If the vehicle sinks into jackdaw inlets, transverse gullies, depressions in the ground, potholes and the like, an additional evasive movement occurs. The blades 1 together with the lever arms 3 rotate upwards around the joint 4 and thus adapt to the road conditions.
By means of a hydraulic or mechanical lifting unit, the blades can be pressed against the road surface or lifted off from it.
