Suspension device with a profile rail with a C-shaped cross-section, a U-shaped bracket clip and a pressure trough for fastening tubular cable strands in rows. The present invention relates to a hanging device with a cross-sectionally C-shaped profile rail, a U-shaped bracket clip and a pressure trough for row-wise fastening of tubular cable strands,
in which device the clamp is hook-shaped at the upper ends and the hooks engage in the longitudinal opening of the rail.
It has already been suggested to use clamps and clamping parts for the suspension of cable strands, such as pipes, cables or the like, in connection with C-profiles, in which U-shaped bent legs are bent inwards at the ends, which grip behind the bent legs of the C-profile with claws on their feet on both sides. Special clamping means then effect the pressing of the rear-maturing claws onto the profile legs after the clamp has been inserted.
In such suspension devices, the arrangement was originally made so that the clamps or clamp parts could be threaded into the C-profile with their foot claws at special recesses in the C-profile and then moved to the plant by sliding sideways on the pipe string to be assembled.
The detachment of an individual pipe string from such a row-by-row suspension was only possible if all pipe fastenings next to one side or the other were loosened and laterally moved with the pipes to make room for a loosening of the clamping part or the clamp to be released To create tubing string. Even the proposals to make the foot claws of such clamps pivotable, or even to make the clamp or the clamp rotatable in its foot so that the foot can be lifted out of the slot in the C-profile after a 90-degree turn, left that Do not avoid loosening the adjacent pipe strings and moving them sideways.
As a suspension device for rows of pipe string fastening in connection with other profiles, such as angles and U-profiles, U-shaped bracket clamps are known that engage behind the free legs of such fastening profiles with hooks attached to the ends of the bracket legs and by means of an inside the bracket arranged pressure pan can press the pipe or cable inserted into the bracket on the pressure pan to the profile and thus fasten it.
However, such known bracket clamps are not suitable as suspension devices in connection with C-profiles. For these space-saving C-profiles, the hooks engaging behind the profile, because they have to be introduced into this position through the profile slot, should not be kept as long as the slot of the C-profile is wide. But then these clamps can only be hung into the profile with a shallower hook depth and not always reliably, and tend to be before the pipes or cables are braced. easy to fall out.
The advantages of the known U-clamps could therefore not previously be used for a pipe string suspension on C-profiles. Essentially, these are the advantages that consist in the fact that, in a row-like suspension of several pipe or cable strands next to one another, each individual strand can be loosened and reinserted without changing the position or loosening the fastenings of the adjacent strands.
This is made possible by the present invention in that the hooks engage behind one leg of the rail and that the hook neck has a widening on the side opposite the hook nose.
Here, the widening of the hook neck is expediently chosen so large that the total width of the hook neck plus a game of the width of the profile slot between the free ends of the rail legs speaks ent. The total length of the hook nose itself, plus a play, is advantageously equal to the same profile slot width. This means that the total length of the hook nose of each hook-shaped organ is conveniently less large than the slot between the free legs of the rail, and that the hook neck lying between the hook nose and the bracket legs together.
Neck widening is advantageously less wide than this slot between the free legs of the rail.
This measure makes it possible to inevitably cause the one-sided reaching behind the bent profile leg to the bottom of the hook during the installation and thus to prevent the clamp from accidentally falling out again during installation.
It is advantageous if the legs of the clamp are brought up to the hook attachment with the appropriate width so that the hook opening, in cooperation with the wide leg edges and the outer edge of the neck extension in the profile slot, only allows this clamp to be tilted slightly when the clamp is loosely attached.
It is also advantageous here to move the pressure axis of the pressure means with which the pipe strand is pressed for fastening to the suspension profile from the center axis of the clamp legs to the one-sided hook support surface. With this in mind, recommends. In such a case you can see that the pressure also shifts on one side in the tendons. to lead the bracket clamp.
The accompanying drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
FIG. 1 shows a side view of a suspension device with a bracket clip suspended in a C-profile, and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II in FIG.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, should the U-shaped fastening clamp 1 extend the pipe? with the aid of a pressure trough 3 adjustably attached to the bracket clip 1, clamp it with the help of its legs 4 against the support surface of the rail 6 provided with a C-shaped cross section and hold it in place here.
For this purpose, the legs have 4 of the clamp 1 hook-shaped lugs 7, 9, 10 with. the hook nose 7 engage behind one of the legs 8 of the profile 6 that are bent parallel to the web. In order to be able to introduce the clamp 1 with its hook attachments 7, 9, 10 into the profile 6, the length of the rear-engaging part of the hook nose 7 together with the width of the hook neck 9 over which the hook nose 7 is connected. the legs 4 of the clamp 1 are in connection, plus a game not be greater than the slot between the free legs 8, 8 of the rail 6 is wide.
In order to prevent the clamp from falling out when the hook nose 7 engages behind on one side, the hook neck 9 is provided with a widening 10 on the opposite side of this nose 7. The neck 9, 10 widened in this way, plus play, has the width of the slot between the free legs 8, 8 of the C-profile 6 and the total length a; the hooked nose 7, plus play, also corresponds to this slot width.
The legs 4 are in the width of the bracket 1. so far brought up to the opening of the hook approach 7 that in conjunction with the widely brought up leg kelkanten 11, 12, the support of the hook aase 7 on the profile leg 8 and the outer edge of the Neck enlargement 10 for the clamp 1 in the loosely attached state only a slight tilted position is possible. According to the side of the clamp 1 towards which the hooked nose 7 engaging behind is directed, this tilting possibility determines the width of the leg edge 12 that is brought up when, with a view to an appropriate lateral displacement, the pressure of the pressure tub 3 into one with the hook support 7 , 8 matching axis the bracket legs 4 are held wide from the front lierein.
In this case, a bevel 1.3@ is provided here.
Instead of the rectangular widening 10 of the hook neck 9, an arcuate transition from the hook nose 7 to the neck widening 1.0 can be chosen, provided that such a shape of the light th tilting movement when hanging the clamp 1 gives space in a limited form.
For the assembly of pipelines 2, the Schel lenbügel 1 with its pressure pan 3 on the pipe or cable 2 is placed at the site of the walled-in or otherwise attached to the wall C-Sehiene 6. The bracket 1 is then inserted with its hook lugs 7 in the tilted position into the slot of the profile 6, pressed against the suspension leg 8 with the hook necks 9, and then pivoted back into the vertical position. After the clamp 1 has been inserted, the pressure tank 3 is driven forward against the pipe or cable 2.
So that the cable 2 is pressed against the legs 8, 8 of the suspension profile 6, on the other hand, the bracket clip 1 with her the profile edge 8 engaging behind hook lugs 7 pressed out to firmly rest on the profile 6 from the inside.
