Carving machine loader. The present invention relates to a cutting machine loader, in particular for conveying pinions, comprising two superimposed guide parts, characterized in that one of said parts is made of transparent material and is clamped by its surface. lower, flat and uninterrupted, on the upper flat surface of the other part in which is hollowed a clearance arranged to receive and guide the pieces to be conveyed, this clearance having a profile such that the latter are flush with the plane common to said surfaces .
The accompanying drawing represents; by way of example, one embodiment of the charger which is the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is an elevation view thereof.
Fig. 2 is a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and fig. 3 is a side view.
The cutting machine loader which is shown in the drawing comprises two superimposed guide parts 1 and 2. The upper part 1 is made of transparent material, for example of a colorless and transparent synthetic material. The upper and lower surfaces of this part 1 are parallel to each other and uninterrupted; if we disregard holes 3 for screws 4 with knurled head which take in threaded holes 5 presented by part 2 and by means of which this part 1 is clamped by its lower surface on the upper flat surface of this part 2. In this upper surface of part 2 is hollowed out a clearance 6 arranged to receive and guide the parts to be conveyed which are most often pinions like those designated by 7.
The clearance 6 has a profile such that these parts 7 are flush with the common plane of the lower surface of the part 1 and of the upper surface of the part 2. This profile will advantageously be established so that the parts 7 are also guided in the lateral direction. and cannot make angular movements with their axis in the horizontal plane.
