Isolierter Mehrfachleiter.
Insulated multiple conductor. When laying measurement and control cables in switchboards, several conductors often have to be run in parallel on longer stretches. In order to ensure good diversity, single wires are used as a rule, which are combined in flat bundles with straps or brackets underneath and attached to the base.
This Mon day work requires a relatively long time, since each individual wire must be specially straightened and laid out.
The present invention now aims to avoid this sewing part by using multiple conductors, in particular for measuring and control lines in control systems, which lead from at least three parallel, from each other electrically insulated, wire-shaped conductors exist, which in a cremeiname. Insulation are embedded, with the insulation surrounding each individual conductor with the insulation of the close conductor by at least one longitudinal seam,
which is thinner than the insulation wire, which is connected to the E cell titer, so that a coherent, strand-like structure is present.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows, on a larger scale, the structure of a multiple conductor compared with FIGS. 2 to 5, while FIG. 2 to 4 show three Ausführungsbei games in cross section schematically. Filo-. 5 shows a multiple conductor, as it is shaped, for example, and stripped at the ends for the connections.
The wire-shaped conductors or wires 1 drawn in in FIG. 1 run parallel to one another and are embedded in the insulation 2. Two adjacent wires are connected to one another by the longitudinal seams 3 . In order to make it easier to pull open the ends of the individual wires during assembly and to avoid damaging the insulation surrounding the wires, the seam thickness is chosen to be smaller than the actual insulation thickness of the wires.
It is two-fold to arrange the wires next to one another in a position as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, # estellt is so that a ribbon-shaped multiple conductor is created, which can be rolled up comfortably.
In certain cases, the wires can be arranged in several layers or in a circle. Fig. 2 shows, for example, a multiple conductor with 2 wires, each 5 wires and FI. 4 a cable-like structure.
The insulating material used is advantageously thermoplastic compounds which are particularly suitable for the production of such multiple conductors by the injection molding process.
In order to be able to better distinguish the individual wires from one another after laying them and to be able to follow their course, the insulation of the single wires can be identified by different colors during the manufacture of the multiple conductors. Fig. 5 shows how a ribbon-shaped multiple conductor consisting of the cores a, b, c ... n is bent -and kn </ I > can be prepared for connection with severed, stripped ends; The individual wires can be colored differently along their entire length for better identification.
