Radial and axial acting, electric motor driven circulating pump. The radially and axially acting, electric motor driven I:
mcirculation pump according to the invention is thereby. characterized in that the rotor is designed at the same time as a pump impeller and a motor armature and consists of two coaxial parts connected to one another by longitudinal ribs, so that between the two rotor parts longitudinal channels remain free for the liquid to be conveyed to pass through and that the middle impeller diameter extends lengthways of the major part of the rotor steadily enlarged.
Through this training; of the rotor, when the rotor rotates, a radially acting force component and an axially acting force component are exerted on the conveyed liquid. A radial and an axial effect will be briefly discussed below.
The drawing # illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in an axial section.
In the figure 1a the channels ini rotor, resp. the connection ribs 1a, which are connected between the outer rotor part 1b, which forms an Iloblzvlinder, and the rotor inner part 1c, which forms a label.
It can be seen from the drawing that all these parts, that is to say the inner rotor body lc, the longitudinal ribs lri. and the outer rotor part 1b are about the same length, and that the ", # esanite rotor is no longer than one of these parts.
Of these red parts, 1b is primarily electromagnetically effective because this part in particular closes the magnetic circuit for the flow of force that generates the induction currents for generating the torque.
In this embodiment, both the inner circumferential surface of the outer rotor part and the outer circumferential surface of the inner rotor part (the hub) are drawn conically, but either one or the other circumferential surface can be cylindrical or shaped in some other way. his. The essential thing is always that the mean impeller diameter is constantly expanding over the major part of the axial rotor length in the direction of flow of the liquid.
The rotor 1 is provided with a 1- # winding 'rr,? B. It is known that cage windings of induction motors are normally designed with rotor bar numbers of about <B><U>'</U> </B> 0 to 50, which number is usually about the same or greater than the stator number 1? to 36 are.
The use of such high numbers of rotor bars, with the usual stator numbers of 1? up to 36 according to normal practice, the avoidance of stronger vibrations and noises of the motor is chosen partly for reasons of green. It has. but it has been shown that there are also useful numbers, respectively. Number of bars of the rotor between \? and \? 0 there, which contrary to expectations none. form significant vibrations.
The choice of the suitable number of slots depends on various factors, such as motor size, number of poles, simple, arrow-shaped or offset views of the slots, respectively. the bars.
The cage winding can, as usual, be implemented by bars 2a made of copper or other electrically conductive materials which are inserted into the grooves of the rotor and soldered or welded to the rings 2b at the end. Or the entire cage winding, including end connection rings, can be produced using a casting or pressure casting process, x. B. made of aluminum.
Together with the casting of the cage winding, the ribs 1a and the hub 1c can also be cast or pressed simultaneously from the same material, while the body 1b is made as usual from ferromagnetic material, steel or gray cast iron, or sintered ferromagnetic material.
Furthermore, the cage wrench 2a, 2b alone or together with the parts 1ca and 1c can be produced from electrically conductive material by press molding, injection molding, sintering, etc. It is also possible to sinter the entire body 1 a, 1 b, 1 c, for example from a mixture of copper and iron powder or other electrically and magnetically conductive materials.
Instead of a sintered alloy made from electrically and magnetically conductive metal powders, a mixed crystal alloy can also be used.
The use of a sintered alloy made of copper powder and iron powder for the rotor has been increased. thanks to the reduced rotor impedance, the induction current and the torque generation compared to a normal solid iron or cast body 1a., 1b, 1c. When using the mentioned sintered alloy for the body 1a,
1b, 1c, the cage winding 2 can, under certain circumstances, be omitted entirely because the torque generation in the sintered body may be sufficiently large. In this case, we are dealing with a massive rotor without a note, which with or without a layer that conducts electricity well, which at the same time is corrosion-resistant, i.e. not to be attacked by the pumped medium (e.g.
Copper or aluminum, nickel or cadmium) on the rotor jacket surface. The rotor can also be constructed from individual metal sheets, which receive grooves punched out on the circumference to accommodate the cage winding mentioned above. Either the outer body can be built solely from sheet metal rings, with the hub 1c and connecting ribs la as well as the Kä.figivickliing <I> 2a. </I> and 2b made from one piece of electrically conductive material, or it can the entire rotor la, 1b, Ic made of ge grooved (punched) sheets who,
The outer grooves on the rotor casing are used to accommodate the cage winding and the inner grooves, respectively. punched holes that form the channels themselves. In order to achieve the correct hydraulic shape of the channels, each grooved sheet must be slightly offset from the previous sheet in the circumferential direction.
3 is a bearing bush, for example made of special bronze, which is suitable for water absorption and which is firmly connected to the rotor hub 1e.
4 is a fixed, non-rotating axis pressed into the bearing plate 10, from not. Stainless steel for - @ cup lubrication, on which the rotor 1 with bearing bush 3 is rotatably mounted. With the axis 4 firmly a related party is an axial thrust bearing 5, which absorbs the axial thrust of the rotor 1. The bearing bush 3 is accordingly designed in such a way that it is used for radial as well as axial bearing. The fixed axis 4 is.
not pressed directly into the end shield 10. Between the axle 4 and the end shield 10 there is a rubber bushing 6 which is used to dampen vibrations and noise.
Instead of the axis 4, a movable shaft connected to the rotor can be used ver, in which case the bronze bushing 3 in the rotor is omitted. and in their place two bronze bushings are pressed into the hubs of end shield 10 and housing 11, possibly again using sound-absorbing rubber bushings between housing end shield on the one hand and bronze bushings on the other. 7 is a separating sleeve made of non-magnetic or scliwaeli magnetic material, which can be produced by drawing or sintering.
11 are the rubber sealing rings, which are in the grooves of the housing 11 and the bearing shield 10 and which serve as seals for the separating sleeve 7.
8 are ribs which connect the hub and the outer part of the housing 11 and at the same time act as a hy draulic diffuser through appropriate shaping. In the same way, 9 are the connecting ribs of the hub and the outer part of the end shield 10. By appropriate shaping, they act as a guide device together with the impeller 1a in the sense of improved delivery pressure generation of the pump.
12 is. the laminated stator core made up of grooved metal sheets and carrying the stator field winding 13.
