Crossing piece for overhead lines of electrically operated vehicles equipped with pantographs. The present invention is a crossover piece for overhead lines of electrically operated, with. Pole current collectors equipped vehicles, and indeed it refers to crossing pieces that have a plate that carries contact line elements.
The crossing piece according to the present invention is characterized in that exchangeable and height-adjustable organs are provided on it, of which a surface part is intended to serve as a sliding surface for the running surfaces of the flank parts of the current collector shoe.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown. 1 shows a schematic plan view of the crossing piece, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-11 in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows a section Section along the line IV-IV of FIG. 1.
The crossing piece has a plate 1, which carries catenary elements 2, on which the between the flank parts made of steel of the Stroniabnehmerschuhes is arranged Kolilestück slides. Since this wears out during operation, the distance between the piece of coal and the tread of the flank parts also changes continuously.
The contact line elements 2 are therefore inclined relative to the plate 1, so that the flank parts can run onto the plate 1, regardless of the distance between the running surfaces of the steel flank parts and the piece of coal. In this way, the coal piece is passed over the frog 3 and the gaps on both sides of the frog without a jolt.
This run-up of the flank parts of the current collector shoe on the plate 1 now necessarily brings with it a strong wear and tear of the coated surface of the plate, and this wear is dependent on the travel or run-on speed, on the vibrations of the plate itself, on the direction of travel, etc. , so that very different wear tongues at different intersection pieces and even uneven wear on the same intersection piece as a result of one-sided driving.
With increasing wear, the operational reliability decreases; this requires replacement or repair of the disk. This time-consuming and costly work can now be largely reduced by the fact that in the plate 1 organs 4 in the form of lamellae are interchangeably arranged on which the flank parts slide, so that differences between the flank parts can also be taken into account and thus a Adjustment is possible:
the slats 4 (joint 3) adjustable in height by protruding through slots in the plate 1 and being pressed against the stop 7 by screws 5 guided in part 6.
Because the lamellae 4 do not extend as far as the lower surface of the plate, a guide groove 8 is automatically formed for the flank parts, which provides the guide of the shoe, which is necessary in particular for small crossing angles. The shape of the lamellae 4 depends on the shape of the plate 1, d. H. their ramp surface; In Fig. 2, the lamella 4 is shown bent convex downwards.
The slats can be used both in rigid cast plates, in which the plate 1 and the contact line elements 2 are united ver, as well as in frames in which the contact line elements are attached.
In order to be able to hang the crossing piece on continuous, uncut contact wires or other supporting elements and to compensate to some extent for the inevitable slack in the contact wires and to be able to bring the crossing piece into the most appropriate position for operation, connecting links 9 (Fug. 2 and 4) are provided .
These connecting links 9 can be clamped on the one hand to the contact wire 10 by means of a clamping member 11 and on the other hand can be rotated and clamped to an eye 12 of the plate 1 so that the crossing piece can be adjusted to the required height by .die inclination of the connecting links 9.
If the crossing piece has to be insulated from the contact wire, then the insulation can be achieved by using an insulation material for the connecting links 9.
