Device on electrical apparatus for holding the cable. The cables. of electrical appliances, such as irons, soldering irons, stoves, hair dryers, etc., are rolled up or put together when the latter is not in use. Whether the cables are wrapped around the electrical devices themselves or bundled in a bundle, they usually cause disorder.
Subject of the present. Invention is now a device on an electrical apparatus's rule for holding the cable. It is characterized according to the invention in that a support bracket formed from wire. is provided with a receiving piece for winding the cable.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in exemplary embodiments, and it shows: FIG. 1 a view of the support bracket, FIGS. 2 to 5 examples of application in perspective views and FIG. 6 a variant of the support bracket in view.
The device shown consists of a resilient support bracket formed from steel wire 1. The support bracket 1 has a web piece 2, which is provided near 1Vlitten and at the ends with coils 3, 3 ', which are used to increase the suspension He is provided. Adjacent to the web piece 2, a cable receiving piece 4 is provided, which is formed by oppositely directed bends 6 of the end legs 7 extending from the turns 3. The bends 6 are U-shaped. The end legs 7 open out in plug-on pieces 8.
The support bracket 1 with the parts 3, 3 ', 6 and 7, due to its spring action, always endeavors to assume the position indicated in FIG. The windings 3, 3 'are dimensioned so that the contact pins of an electrical connector are inserted into them. can.
According to the application example (FIG. 2), the support bracket 1 is removably arranged on the handle 9 of the soldering iron 10. The push-on pieces 8 partially engage in bores 11 in the handle 9. The bores 11 are at an acute angle. arranged to each other, so that the slip-on pieces 8 are better held in these by jamming. The support bracket 1 protrudes from the side with respect to the handle, and the elec trical cable 12 of the soldering iron 10 is wrapped around the Kabelaufnahmestüek .1.
The contact pins 13 of the plug 14 can be inserted into the openings of the windings anstatt instead of loosely on the web piece 2. It is also sufficient if only one of the contact pins 1.3 is inserted into the opening of one of the windings 3, 3 '.
Fi # -. 3 and -1 shows the arrangement of the carrying handle 1 on the handle 15 of an electric iron 16. The parts provided with reference symbols have the same meaning as described above. The support bracket 1 lies in the horizontal plane and runs parallel to the heating plate of the iron 16 ver.
According to Fig. 5, the support bracket 1 is in the vertical plane near the corner bar 17 of the box-like electric heating furnace 18 is arranged. The slip-on pieces 8 are welded onto the corner strip 17; however, they could also be fixed by screw connections on this or on the box wall.
In the case of certain electrical apparatus, such as the box-like heating stoves that close a cavity, it is desirable that there are no parts that protrude too far. In the variant according to FIG. 6, the support bracket 1 is now arranged so that it can be folded down. The end legs 7 are bent, and the plug-in pieces 8 run against each other. The slip-on pieces 8 engage loosely from above respec tive below in the bearing eyes 19, the latter being fixed by screw connections 20 on the wall 21 of the heating furnace.
If the cable is wound onto the receiving piece 4, the end legs 7 are pressed against the bearing eyes 19 from the outside or above and below. The bearing eyes 19 have above or below Ra most 22, in which the end legs 7 einrei fen, whereby the support bracket 1 is locked in the gezeich designated position. The support bracket 1 can be folded over so that it can be rotated by 90 ge from the standing position according to FIG. 6 and the bracket plane runs parallel to the wall 21.
The device described can be placed on any other electrical, wired apparatus in a suitable manner who the. The most common arrangement is shown in FIGS. 2 to 6.
In the case of an electric soldering iron, a wire-like solder can also be wound onto the receiving piece 4. The electrical cable is then wrapped over it. This has the advantage that the plumb bob is always there.
