Hilfsgerät zum Sortieren von Korrespondenzen und andern Geschäftsbelegen. Das Sortieren oder Vorordnen beim Ab lesen von Korrespondenzen undBuehhaltungs- belegen nimmt man in der Regel so vor, dass diese auf einer Unterlage oder in flappen in alphabetischer Reihenfolge vorgeordnet. wer den. Das Vorordnen auf einer Unterlage nimmt relativ viel Platz in Anspruch, und die Gefahr ist gross, dass die Gescbäftsbelege durcheinander kommen, was meistens daher rührt, dass nach dein Vorordnen das Aufein- anderstapeln unterbleibt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun ein Hilfsgerät zum Sortieren von Kor respondenzen und andern Geschäftsbelegen. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich dasselbe da durch aus, dass mit Merkzeichen versehene, schuppenartig angeordnete und an der einen Schmalseite zti einem Bund zusammengehal tene Karten an der Haltestelle aufklappbar und dazu bestimmt sind, zwischen diese ein gelegte Belege nur im -Mittelteil zu übergrei fen. Das Ganze ist derart, dass nach dem Einlegen der Belege diese gemeinsam von den Karten aus dem Bund herausgestreift und zu einem Stapel zusammengeschoben werden kön nen.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig.1 eine Draufsicht und Fig.2 eine Seitenansicht.
A bezeichnet einen durch rechteckige Kar ten 1 gebildeten Bund, welcher am linken, schmalseitigen Endteil durch einen aus Ge- webe bestehenden Rücken \? und eine Schrau- benv erbindmig 4, 5 zusammengehalten wird. Die Karten bestehen aus Presskarton oder anderem geeignetem, zähem, biegsamein Mate rial, z. B. Kunststoff, wie Fiber, Kunstharz, Zelluloid, und weisen nach unten zunehmende Längen zueinander auf; dazu sind sie schup penartig angeordnet. Der Rücken 2 ist an der Haltestelle mit. den anliegenden Teilen ver klebt.
Die Schraubenverbindung besteht aus zwei mit. -Muttergewinde versehenen Hülsen und je einem Schraubenbolzen 5. Die Hülsen 4 sind von unten her in den Bund eingeführt und mit einem Kopf versehen, während die Schraubenbolzen 5 von oben her eingeführt sind und einen geschlitzten Kopf aufweisen. Die Karten 1 sind an den oben freien Ecken mit Merkzeichen 6 und 7 versehen, welche z. B. aus Buchstaben und Zahlen bestehen. Die oberste Karte besitzt die kleinste Länge, wäh rend die unterste Karte am längsten ist.
Die Länge der Karten differiert um je etwa 8 bis 10 mm, so dass von oben gesehen die Karten gegenüber den jeweils darüberliegenden um die gleiche Distanz rechtsseitig vorstehen, und zwar so, dass die Merkzeichen 6 und 7 frei liegen und gut sichtbar sind. 8 bezeichnet die vorgeordneten, zwischen die Karten gelegten Belege. Diese werden so weit zwischen die Karten geschoben, da.ss sie die Merkzeichen der darunterliegenden Karte nicht überdecken. Selbstredend sind die Belege nicht unbedingt in der genau geregelten Weise, wie in der Fig. 2 gezeichnet, zwischen die Karten einzu- legen, das heisst sie können auch weiter ein geschoben sein als gezeichnet.
Ist man mit dem Vorordnen fertig, so schiebt man z. B. die Belege mit der einen Hand nach rechts, während mit der andern Hand der Bund gehalten wird. Zum Schluss zieht man den Bund ganz weg, resp. die Belege ganz aus _ diesem heraus. Die vorge ordneten Belege kommen dabei in geordneter Weise im Stapel aufeinander zu liegen. Ein Durcheinanderkommen der vorgeordneten Be lege ist dabei ausgeschlossen. Das Ablegen vom Stapel erleichtert das Arbeiten, da die Belege alphabetisch geordnet sind.
Im Stapel nehmen die vorgeordneten Belege auch weni ger Platz in Anspruch als bei der eingangs erwähnten Art, und beim Unterbrechen von Ablegearbeiten weiss man genau, wo man diese fortzusetzen hat.
Das beschriebene Hilfsgerät zum Sortieren beim Ablegen eignet sich besonders für Kor respondenzen, Buchhaltungsbelege, Ausgangs fakturen, Materialbezugsscheine, Lohnfichen usw. Das Sortieren von Buchhaltungsbelegen kann man in alphabetischer Reihenfolge, nach Konten oder auch nach Kostenstellen tätigen. Das Sortieren von Ausgangsfakturen kann man alphabetisch, nach Vertretern, nach Ge bieten oder Ländern besorgen. Das Hilfsgerät erleichtert und beschleunigt das Sortieren von Geschäftsbelegen usw. wesentlich; es unter stützt dabei das reibungslose und fehlerlose Arbeiten.

The screw connection consists of two with. - Nut threaded sleeves and each one screw bolt 5. The length of the cards differs by about 8 to 10 mm each, so that when viewed from above, the cards protrude the same distance on the right-hand side compared to the ones above them, in such a way that the marks 6 and 7 are exposed and clearly visible. 8 denotes the upstream receipts placed between the cards. These are pushed so far between the cards that they do not cover the markings on the card below. The upstream documents also take up less space in the stack than in the case of the type mentioned at the beginning, and when you interrupt filing work you know exactly where to continue.
