Description

  

  Hebevorrichtung.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Vorrichtung zum Heben von Lasten, mit  einem um einen Zapfen kippbaren Hebebalken.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung ist das eine. Ende  des Hebebalkens mittels einer Gewindespin  del, die in einem an einem Tragrahmen der  Vorrichtung schwenkbaren Sockel drehbar ge  lagert ist, mit dem Tragrahmen der Vorrich  tung verbunden, so dass durch Drehung der  Spindel das andere, mit einem Aufhängeorgan  versehene Ende des Hebebalkens auf- und ab  wärts geschwenkt werden kann.  



  In der Zeichnung ist, eine beispielsweise  Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemässen  Vorrichtung und eine Variante dazu dar  gestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt die Hebevorrichtung im     längs-          seitigen    Aufriss und       Fig.    2 dieselbe im Grundriss.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt diese Vorrichtung von hinten  gesehen, mit einem Vertikalschnitt durch die  Lagerungsorgane des Hebebalkens.  



       Fig.4    veranschaulicht eine Variante des  Antriebes der Schwenkspindel des Hebebal  kens.  



  Mit 1 ist der aus     U-Profileisen    gebildete,  im Grundriss U-förmige, auf zwei Rollenpaa  ren 2 bzw. 3 gelagerte Tragrahmen bezeichnet,  dessen Schenkel durch eine Strebe 4 mitein  ander verbunden sind. Dieser Rahmen trägt  eine verstrebte Stütze 5 aus konvergierenden,  verstrebten Profileisen, deren vertikal gerich  tete obere Enden 6 zur Bildung von auf ver  schiedener Höhe bezüglich des Rahmens lie-         genden    Lagerstellen für den Drehzapfen 7 des:  aus     Profileisenschienen    bestehenden,     kipp-          baren    Hebebalkens 8 durchlocht sind.

   Zur Er  leichterung der Höhenverstellung des Zapfens  7 und damit der Lagerstelle des Balkens wei  sen dessen Schienen unterseitig offene Lager-,       pfannen    bzw.     Ausnehmungen    für den Zapfen  auf, so dass nach dessen Verstellung der von  den beiden Enden 6 der Stütze 5 gegen Quer  verschiebung gehaltene Balken 8 bloss wieder  zur Auflage auf den Zapfen zu bringen ist.  



  Im hintern Ende des Hebebalkens 8 ist  eine Gewindemuffe 9 drehbar angeordnet,  durch welche die Gewindespindel 10 ge  schraubt ist. Diese zum Drehen mit einem  Handrad versehene Spindel ist in einem auf  dem hintern verjüngten Ende des Rahmens 1       angelenkten,    in der durch den Hebebalken ge  legten vertikalen Ebene auf den Rahmen 1  schwenkbaren Sockel 12 drehbar gelagert und  axial gehalten und verbindet, so das hintere  Ende des Hebebalkens 8 mit dem gleichseitig  in bezug auf die Kippachse liegenden hintern  Rahmenteil.

   Durch Drehung der Spindel 10  kann ein     Hochschwenken    und     Senken    des mit  einem Aufhängeorgan 13 versehenen vordern  Endes des Hebebalkens bewirkt werden, wobei  bei entsprechender Ausbildung der Spindel  mit geringem Kraftaufwand ein Heben von  relativ grossen Lasten bewerkstelligt werden  kann.  



  Zwischen den konvergierenden Profileisen  der Stütze 5 ist beidseitig der durch die     Kipp-          achse    des Balkens 7 verlaufenden Vertikal-      ebene je ein schalenartiger, zur Aufnahme von  Werkzeugen ausgebildeter Behälter 14     bezw.     15     angeordnet.,    welche Behälter an einer Quer  strebe     angelenkt    und gegeneinander hoch- und  in eine horizontale Lage     abklappbar    sind, und  in der hochgeklappten, durch Riegel 16 sicher  baren Stellung einen geschlossenen Werkzeug  kasten und     in    ihrer     herabgeklappten,    durch  nicht gezeichnete Anschlagorgane festgelegten  Lage einen Werkzeugtisch bilden.  



  Zum ortsfesten Aufstellen dieser Hebevor  richtung sind beidseitig am     hintern    Rahmen  teil 1' zwei mit Handrad und Bodenteller ver  sehene, gegen den Boden vor- und zurück  schraubbare vertikale     Spindelstützen    17 ange  ordnet.  



  Zur Drehung der Schwenkspindel 10 kann  gemäss     Fig.    4 an Stelle des Handrades 11 ein  durch     eine    Handkurbel 18 zu     betätigendes,    an  einem Support 19 des schwenkbaren Lager  sockels 20 angeordnetes     Kegelradgetriebe    21,  22 vorgesehen sein.  



  Die beschriebene,     in    ihrem Aufbau relativ       einfache    Hebevorrichtung ist leicht an eine  Montagestelle, z. B. in einer Garage, fahrbar  und daselbst ortsfest     aufstellbar,    wobei die       Mitführbarkeit    von     Werkzeugen    an die Ar  beitsstelle und die     Verwendbarkeit    der Werk  zeugbehälter als Ablagetisch ein rationelles  Arbeiten fördern.
