Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaften sauren Walkfarbstoffes der Anthrachinonreihe. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines lebhaften sauren Walkfarbstoffes der Anthrachinon- reihe und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, da.ss man auf 1-Amino-2-brom-4-(2',4',6'-triäthyl- anilido) -anthrachinon - 6 -sulfonsäure Brom.
einwirken lässt und anschliessend mit Sulfit behandelt zum Ersatz des 2ständigen Brom atoms durch eine Sulfonsäuregruppe. <I>Beispiel:</I> 5,8 Teile 1-amino-2-brom-4- (2',4',6'-tri- äthyl - anilido) - anthrachinon - 6 - sulfonsaures Natrium werden bei Raumtemperatur unter gutem Rühren in 30 Teilen Schwefelsäure <B>905'</B> o gelöst.
Hierauf lässt man 2 Teile Brom zutropfen, rührt über Nacht bei 20-30 , er höht anderntags die Temperatur noch wäh rend 1-2 Stunden auf 100 . Nach beendigter Broinierung wird das Reaktionsprodukt auf übliche Weise aufgearbeitet, unter Druck mittels Kaliumsulfit in den disulfierten Farb stoff übergeführt, der Wolle und andere tie rische Fasern sowie künstliche Fasern, z. B. I\Tylon, in sehr echten r otstichig reinblauen Tönen färbt.
Die Farbe seiner Lösung in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure ist schmutzig rotstichig blau; bei Zusatz von wenig Para- formaldehy d schlägt sie nach leuchtend rot stichig blau um. Der Farbstoff besitzt die Formel.
