Schallplatte. Bei Verwendung der gewöhnlichen Schall platten auf Grammophonapparaten mit auto matischem Plattenwechsel wird mit der Zeit das Zentrumloch mehr oder weniger :stark ausgebrochen. Platten mit stark ausgebro chenen Löchern haben den Nachteil, dass sie exzentrisch laufen, wodurch sehr störende Tonschwankungen hervorgerufen werden.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Seha.llplatte, die um das Zentrumloch herum durch wenigstens: eine bei der Herstellung der Platte miteingepresste Einlage aus zähe rem Material als, das Plattenmaterial armiert ist.
Die Armierung des Zentrumloches kann beidseitig oder nur auf der einen Plattenseite angeordnet sein.
Die Zeichnung betrifft zwei Ausfüh rungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Es zeigen: Fig.1 eine Ansicht der armierten Zen trumspartie einer Schallplatte, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie I-I in Fig. 1 und Fig.3 eine Ansicht. der armierten Zen- trumspartie, der zweiten Platte.

aus Kunstharz, Zelluloid, Pressspan, Metall usw., von beispielsweise 0,3 bis 0,5 mm Dicke eingep:resst, welche :ebenfalls ein Zentrumloch 2 und ausserdem rings um dasselbe herum mehrere Löcher 4 aufweist, durch welche beim. Pressen, der Platte die Plattenmasse an die Oberfläche dringt und eine sehr gute Verbindung der Plattenmasse mit der Ver stärkungseinlage 3 ermöglicht. Vor dem Pressen der Platte werden beide Einlagen am Zentrum der untern und obern Pressform an gebracht.
Die beidseitig angebrachten Ver- stärkungseinlaagen 3 bilden eine das. Ausbre chen des Zentrumloche"3 verhütende Platten- armierung. Die Verstärkungseinlagen sind rund; sie könnten jedoch auch drei-, vier oder mehreckig, :sternförmig oder länglich sein, und einen Durchmesser von 30 mm oder mehr aufweisen. Das Zentrumloch weist den üblichen Durchmesser von 7,3 mm auf.
Die Verstärkungseinlagen; sind zweckmässig mit einer Schellacklösung bestrichen, so dass ein sicheres Haften der aufzuklebenden Eikette möglich ist.
Dadurch, dass die Einlagen beim Pressen der :Schallplatte miteingepresst wer den, weist letztere in der Mitte keinerlei durch die Einlage gebildete Erhöhungen sui, Bei der zweiten Ausführungsform besitzt die Verstärkungseinlage quadratische Form und ist dicht um das Zentrumloch 2 herum mit einem Kranz kleinerer Löcher 5 ver sehen.
Das Plattenmaterial besteht aus einem Füll- und aus einem Bindemittel. Als Füll mittel kann eine aus Schiefermehl und Baryt bestehende Mischung verwendet werden, wäh rend das Bindemittel aus einem Gemisch von Schellack und Kolophonium bestehen kann.
