Absperrorgan.
Shut-off device. The present invention relates to a shut-off element with a housing and a closing body which executes a rotary and lifting movement, in which the sealing members do not come into contact with the flowing medium in any position of the closing body and with which continues to press a collar located on the closing body in the closed position of the shut-off element on the Abdiclitungsglieder and simultaneously located between the closing body and housing presses lubricant to the sealing points len.
The accompanying drawing shows two exemplary embodiments, namely in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 in longitudinal section and in Fig. 3 and 4 in cross section according to the lines AB in Fig . 1 and 2.
In the first exemplary embodiment (Figs. 1 and 3), 1 represents the housing of the shut-off element with the flow channel 2 and a recess for the A1 sealing members 3a and 5 for the closing body 4 and for the sleeve-like parts 6, adjoining the sealing members, which serve as spacers between the housing and the closing body.
The closing body 4 is cylindrical, carries out a lifting and rotary movement and has a flow channel which is inclined to the closing body axis and intersects it. The sealing members 3a and 5 and the above respectively. The bushing-like spacers 6 are arranged between the closing body 4 and the housing 1 in a recess in the housing.
The inner surfaces of the sealing members and spacers are matched to those of the Seliliesskörpers, the exterior to those of the G housing. The sewing members 3a and 5 are in the form of closed rings; the spacers can be moved in the housing 1 in the direction of the closing body axis, but are secured against rotation in a known manner and are pressed against the housing and the closing body 4 by the cover 7.
The collar 8a on the selector body 4, the spindle 8 of which is guided in the cover 7 , also presses on the sealing member when the shut-off locking element is closed B> 5 and through its mediation on the spacer 6 and the sealing member 3a. As a result, the pressure exerted by the cover 7 on the sealing members is increased in the closed position and lubricating material introduced under the collar 8a is pressed against the sealing members.
In Fig. 1, the sealing member 3a is cranked in the side view and its vertical plane of symmetry according to Fig. 3 is rotated so far with respect to the flow opening of the shut-off element that the flow channel 2a of the Closing body 4 only after its outlet opening has been completely covered by the intermediate pieces 6 and housing 1, corresponding to guide 7a and spindle 8 in the cover 7 in the vicinity of the sealing member 3a reached.
During the closing process of the shut-off element from the open position according to FIGS. 1 and 3, the opening 2a in the closing body 4 becomes open after it has been rotated by about 60 ' covered by the intermediate piece 6 in the housing 1 . After an angle of rotation of about 90 ' from the position shown in Figs. 1 and 3 , the outlet opening takes the position indicated by 2a' in Fig. < B> 3 denotes position and after a rotation angle of 270 ' it reaches the end position 2b, while the entry opening in the closing body 4 reaches position 2c .
The inlet opening remains from the open position of the flow channel 2, which is inclined in Figs. 1 and 2, up to the end respectively. Final position 2c from 0 to 270 ' Angle of rotation always under the sealing member 3a. The inlet and outlet openings are covered by the intermediate piece 6 in the housing 1 at about 60 ' the angle of rotation. The sealing members 3a and 5 do not come into contact with the flowing medium in any position of the shut-off element.
In the second exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 2 and 4), the sealing element 3d encompassing the flow channel 2 of the closing body 4 is designed as a self-contained ring lying between two parallel, inclined planes . It represents an elliptical body, whose plane of symmetry going through the Ilauptaxe is twisted so far in relation to the flow direction in the shut-off element that the inlet and outlet openings in the closing body 4 after a rotation of about 60 'des Closing body are covered by the spacers 6 and the housing 1 .
As a result, the sealing elements are never touched by the flowing medium.
In order to coordinate the rotary and lifting movements with one another, the guide spindle 8 can have a thread of different pitches for the pin guide 7a in the cover 7 (Fig. 1 < / B> and 2) be provided in a known way. The rest of the implementation of the second example corresponds to that of the first.
