Schuheinlagesohle. Bei Schuhen verwendet man Einlage sohlen aus den verschiedensten Materialien, um die Füsse warmzuhalten. Diese Sohlen werden jeweils so verwendet, dass sie die Fussauflage resp. die Brandsohle nicht über ragen. Erfahrungsgemäss tritt aber kalte Luft und Nässe zur Hauptsache an der Übergangsstelle zwischen dem Oberleder und der Brandsohle in die Schuhe ein. Un günstig auf das Warmhalten wirkt sich dabei noch die Tatsache aus, dass an der gleichen Stelle der Fuss nicht vollständig mit dem Schuh in Berührung kommt. Infolgedessen spürt man die Abkühlung ringsum am Rande der Einlagesohlen, wo der Fuss nicht die Schuhwand berührt und Luft einströmt, besonders.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun eine Schuheinlagesohle durch welche diese Nachteile beseitigt werden sollen. Er findungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass eine Schuheinlagesohle einen ringsum laufenden Randstreifen erhält, welcher derart biegsam ist, dass bei Anordnung im Schuh der Randstreifen sich aufbiegen, den Fuss teilweise umfassen und die Übergangsstelle zwischen Oberleder und Schuhsohle abdecken kann.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht eines ersten Aus führungsbeispiels, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-II der Fig. 1 in grösserem Massstab und Fig. 3 einen Schnitt im Gebrauchs zustand, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt durch ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel,
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt durch ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel.
Nach Fig. 1-3 bezeichnet 1 ein aus be liebigem Material, wie Stroh, Filz, Kork, ebenen Platten etc. gebildetes Einlagesohlen stück. Ringsum die Sohle läuft ein Rand streifen 2 aus weichem biegsamem Material, wie Filz, Gummi, Gewebe etc., welcher mittels greuzstichnähten 3 am Sohlenstück 1 befestigt ist. Der Streifen 2 steht seitlich in bezug zum Sohlenstück 1 7 bis 15 mm vor.
Wird die Einlagesohle in einem entspre chend kleinen Schuh angeordnet, so wird der Streifen 2, wie die Fig. 3 zeigt, nach oben abgebogen und umfasst den Fuss teilweise an der Unterseite. Der Streifen 2 überbrückt dabei die Übergangsstelle 4 zwischen der Schuhsohle 5 und dem Oberleder 6. Der Ein tritt kalter Luft an dieser Übergangsstelle 4 wird dadurch verwehrt und das Warmhalten des Fusses gefördert. Das Wärmegefühl selbst wird durch die teilweise Umfassung des Fusses durch den Streifen 2 erhöht.
Wie die Fig. 4 zeigt, könnte der Streifen 2 mit dem Sohlenstück 1' ein Ganzes bilden. Das Sohlenstück 1' ist mit dem Sohlenstück 1 fest verbunden, das aus beliebigem 31ate- rial bestehen kann. Der über dem Sohlen stück 1 seitlich vorstehende Streifen 2 ist wiederum weich und leicht biegsam und ist für den gleichen Zweck wie der des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels bestimmt.
Wie die Fig. 5 erkennen lässt, kann das Sohlenstück 1', welches mit dem weichen biegsamen Streifen 2 ein Ganzes bildet, zwi schen zwei Sohlenstücken 1 eingebettet sein. Die Verwendung und Wirkung ist analog wie bei den vorangehenden Ausführungs beispielen beschrieben.
Die erfindungsgemässe Einlagesohle eignet sich für Schuhe aller Art, also Kinder-, Damen-, Herren-, Sport- und Stra.pazier sehuhe ete. Besondere Vorteile vermittelt die Einlagesohle besonders in der kalten Jahres zeit, insbesondere bei Schneeschuhen.

The subject of the present invention is a shoe insole by means of which these disadvantages are to be eliminated. According to the invention, this is achieved in that a shoe insole has an all-round edge strip, which is so flexible that when arranged in the shoe, the edge strip can bend up, partially encompass the foot and cover the transition point between upper leather and shoe sole.

According to Fig. 1-3, 1 denotes a piece of insoles formed from any material such as straw, felt, cork, flat plates, etc. All around the sole there is an edge strip 2 made of soft, flexible material such as felt, rubber, fabric, etc., which is attached to the sole piece 1 by means of greuzstichnähten 3. The strip 2 projects 7 to 15 mm laterally in relation to the sole piece 1.
If the insole is arranged in a correspondingly small shoe, the strip 2, as shown in FIG. 3, is bent upwards and partially surrounds the foot on the underside. The strip 2 bridges the transition point 4 between the shoe sole 5 and the upper leather 6. The cold air occurs at this transition point 4 is prevented and the keeping of the foot is promoted. The feeling of warmth itself is increased by the fact that the strip 2 partially surrounds the foot.
As FIG. 4 shows, the strip 2 could form a whole with the sole piece 1 '. The sole piece 1 'is firmly connected to the sole piece 1, which can consist of any material. The laterally protruding strip 2 above the sole piece 1 is again soft and easily flexible and is intended for the same purpose as that of the first embodiment.
As can be seen in FIG. 5, the sole piece 1 ', which forms a whole with the soft, flexible strip 2, can be embedded between two sole pieces 1. The use and effect is analogous to that described in the preceding examples of execution.
The insole according to the invention is suitable for shoes of all types, i.e. children's, women, men, sports and strolling shoes. The insole provides particular advantages, especially in the cold season, especially with snowshoes.
