Gleichstrom-Elektrowickler.
Man erkennt aus dieser Wirkungsweise, dass der Programmverlauf des Hilfssteuer- stromes bei gegebenem Programmverlauf des Wickelmotorfeldes die Charakteristik des Aufwickelzugverlaufes zwischen Anfangs und Endzugwert bestimmt;
I>=</I> J,,, <I>==</I> 100% gc- setzt.
DC electric winders. The invention relates to a direct current electric winder which takes over the goods to be wound up, for example from a preceding work machine part, and has the task of winding them up with a constant winding tension or with a predetermined winding tension.
The preceding work machine part (for example the last paper machine or calender roll, or the pulling roll in sizing machines or reels), which brings the goods for winding, determines the speed of winding, be it with or without delay (stretching of the goods ). The preceding machine part counteracts the constant or programmable variable winding tension with an equally large braking force.
The case of practically constant winding tension at practically constant winding speed is particularly simple. It is known that the pure winding power (apart from friction and heat losses) is constant over the entire winding area, so that with constant winding Armature voltage of the winding motor only the armature current strength, for example by means of an armature current fast regulator or a current relay,
needs to keep constant, which influence the field excitation of the winding motor regulating; in order to achieve constant winding tension with the various winding radius ratios. This automatic control of the winding tension by means of an armature current regulator influencing the field excitation of the winding motor is only possible for a limited winding range and only for a relatively small speed range (approx. 1:
5) possible because a DC motor can only be practically designed for a field control range <B> 1: 3 </B> to 1: 4 and effective field control is no longer possible with low armature voltages, i.e. low winding speeds.
In order to master a winding range that is extended beyond the normal field control range, one must try to achieve the required extended speed control by changing the armature voltage of the winding motor, for example by means of a controllable voltage source connected in the armature circuit, for example by means of a field-controllable heeling machine Speed, and must also regulate the armature current in order to achieve a prescribed winding course.
Additional and sales machines in the armature circuit of the winding motor are known, both for this purpose and for the purpose of compensating for the armature voltage drop or to maintain standstill tensile force.
There are also known electric winders in which the winding motor field is controlled in a program depending on the degree of winding (for example depending on the winding radius), for example by means of scanning devices which control a field control resistor or the potentiometer contact of such a device.
Photoelectric scanning devices of the winding radius or pressure measuring cells, which scan the weight of the winding roll as a measure of the degree of winding, are also known for obtaining control variables for this purpose.
In order to actively influence the armature voltage of the winding motor in such electrical winders, since the field control is inevitably fixed, an armature current regulator, which constantly seeks to maintain an armature current value that can be set by hand, is placed in the armature circuit of the brake generator that is used in the company Drive motor of the preceding work machine (for example the draw roller of a sizing machine, DRP. 697 530) switched on and with.
This influences the winding motor terminal voltage, for example through the field control of an additional machine in the armature circuit of the winding motor. In this case, the armature current of the brake generator of a preceding work machine is monitored, and a constant or constant voltage is automatically generated by means of armature voltage control of the winding motor. manually adjustable brake cable regulated.
During a winding process, the winding tension corresponding to the brake tension can only be influenced by manual readjustment of a parallel resistor to the regulator control coil (tension adjuster resistor) and only gradually, not continuously and automatically.
The invention takes a different route. It also relates to a DC electric winder with the armature voltage of the winding motor influenced by a regulator, but has the task of automatically regulating a program-based course of the winding tension during a winding process without using a regulator that is dependent on external control variables, such that for any values the incoming goods speed (winding speed)
including the standstill condition and for any winding areas (winding half-sea conditions) a program-based winding tension is achieved.
According to the invention, this is achieved by switching on an armature current regulator in the armature circuit of the nickel motor, which is only controlled by control variables that can be detected on the electric winder itself, and which automatically controls the armature current during a winding process Influencing the armature voltage of the winding motor regulates.
In the case of a simple electric winder with the normal field control range (1: 3 to 1: 4) not exceeding the winding radius ratio, for example, the automatic control of a constant winding tension during a winding process at any variable winding speed (including standstill) can be achieved by
that the winding motor field is controlled in a manner known per se in the program, depending on the degree of winding, in such a way that the field: winding radius ratio remains constant over the entire winding area and that regardless of this: the armature current of the winding motor by means of an armature current regulator which influences the armature voltage is kept constant over the entire wrapping area.
If, however, the winding radius ratio exceeds the normal field control range for which the program control of the winding motor field can turn, then the winding tension decreases as the winding radius increases while the armature current is kept constant.
Practical needs are often met by a winding tension that decreases with increasing winding (winding hardness curve), but a predeterminable and steady curve of the winding hardness is also required, ending at a final tension value which (when the winding motor field is fully excited)
depends on the armature current value and the largest envisaged winding radius ratio. In this case, for the armature current that is automatically maintained constant by means of armature voltage regulation, any desired winding-up tension characteristic, as long as it runs between certain initial and final tension values, can be achieved by appropriate design of the program control of the winding motor field.
In such direct current electrical winders, the armature current of the winding motor flows through the armature current regulator, which automatically influences the armature voltage of the winding motor, while the winding motor field is regulated as a function of the degree of winding.
If the armature current regulator is set to another armature current value to be kept constant during the winding process, for example by means of a manually adjustable parallel resistor to its control coil, then the curve character of the winding tension is retained, with the same percentage change in absolute values of the winding tension.
It is disadvantageous when the armature current is kept constant by the armature current regulator; that the final tension value for a given field control range and a given winding area must have a fixed ratio to the initial tension value that cannot be influenced by the program control of the winding motor field,
.that means that by means of the program control of the field, you can only set the course of the adjoining - dear nd: s - characteristic values, but no longer the final draw value.
The control of predetermined final tensile values, i.e. the adjustability of the winding tensile course to final tensile values prescribed in percent of the initial tensile value, is possible if the armature current regulator is programmed depending on the winding,
gsgrad variable armature current. In individual cases, program control of the armature current can take the place of program control of the winding motor field, depending on the degree of movement, and make the latter superfluous.
- A programmable variable armature current regulation by means of a control variable, which can be detected on the electric winder itself, can be achieved in such a way that the main control coil, of the armature current regulator influencing the armature voltage of the winding motor, is flowed through by the armature current of the winding motor, and ,
that a counteracting auxiliary control coil is traversed by an auxiliary star current regulated according to the program depending on the degree of winding. The same thing is achieved as when the armature current of the winding motor itself is programmed depending on the winding radius or respectively. the degree of winding during a winding process would be automatically regulated.
Of greater practical importance, however, is an electric winder with independent program control of both the winding motor field and an auxiliary control current for the armature current regulator that can be detected on the electric winder itself. Because through the program control of the field, it is possible to establish a predetermined curve character of the winding characteristics between the start and end values,
And through the program control of the auxiliary control current, it is possible to superimpose this winding tension progression on an arbitrarily adjustable winding tension change including the final tension value, so that with winding areas extended beyond the normal field control range, a constant or even one with increasing winding radius increases Winding tension is attainable.
In electric winders of this type, the main control coil of the armature current regulator, which influences the armature voltage, is expediently flowed through by the armature current of the winding motor and an auxiliary control coil connected in opposition to it is flowed through by an auxiliary control current that is programmed depending on the degree of winding;
A significant simplification results if, instead of two independent program controls for the auxiliary control current and the winding motor fieldea, the excitation current for the winding motor field, which is controlled by the program depending on the degree of winding, is used simultaneously as the auxiliary control current for the armature current regulator.
The electric winder can also be provided with a winding motor field kept constant during a winding process and only program control of the auxiliary control current for the armature current regulator, depending on the degree of winding.
- These are mostly electric winders with a small winding area. - If the winding motor field is kept constant, then a constant winding tension can be achieved if the armature current is regulated in such a way "that the armature current: winding radius ratio remains constant.
By means of a different program control of the auxiliary control current, however, any winding tension characteristics can be achieved with any final tension values. The initial tension value can be set, for example, by changing the constant winding motor field value; With the same program control of the auxiliary control current, a winding tension characteristic changed in percentage in relation to the field values is achieved.
The final value to which the winding tension strives for a planned largest winding radius ... is included. adjustable manually by means of a parallel resistor to the auxiliary control coil of the armature current regulator. The setting of this parallel resistance (the so-called trajectory adjuster) determines the percentage lowering or increasing of the final tension value compared to the initial tension value and also that of all intermediate values,
in short, the inclination of the winding tension curve respectively. the inclination of the straight line connecting the initial and final tension value in a graph to the straight line which represents the constant winding tension therein.
Such a tension course adjuster is of particular importance when an armature current regulator equipped with a tension adjuster (parallel resistance to the main, control coil armature current regulator) is to be controlled by means of the auxiliary control current, as is the case in particular with electric winders with field and auxiliary control current program control.
The inclination of the winding tension curve set by the tension course adjuster, as well as its curve character, remains unchanged in percentage terms (initial tension value = <B> 100% </B> set).
In order to achieve an approximate equalization of the torque loss resulting from the frictional influences during a winding process, a program depending on the winding radius or Parallel resistance to the main control coil of the armature current regulator (a so-called no-load current equalizer), which is regulated according to the degree of winding, must be provided.
A fast regulator, for example a carbon pressure regulator or some other type of fast regulator, is useful in all cases as the armature flow regulator. Instead of a fast regulator, however, a current relay can also be used. The armature current regulator can, for example, influence the armature voltage of the winding motor in the way
that the armature current regulator acts on the field excitation of the winding motor generator, or also in.
, the way that the armature controller acts on the field excitation of an additional machine in the armature circuit of the winding motor. For small winding capacities, the armature voltage regulation can also be effected by the armature current regulator acting to regulate a series resistor in the armature circuit of the winding motor.
1 shows an embodiment of the invention, a direct current electric winder with its own generator, which can be replaced by an additional machine in the armature circuit of the winding motor when the mains or Leonard is fed.
It denotes 1 the winding motor, 2 the winding roll, 3 the web of goods, 4 a pair of pulling rollers, the speed of which determines the winding speed; 5 is a mechanical scanning device for the winding radius and 6 is a control resistor controlled by this in the circuit of the field excitation winding 11 of the winding motor. The generator 7 is driven by a three-phase motor 8 and has an exciter 9 with a field winding 10.
The voltage of this machine excites the generator 7 via a control resistor 13 controlled by an armature current regulator in the circuit of the field winding 12 of the generator 7, respectively. the field winding of an additional machine in the armature circuit of the winding motor with mains or Leonard voltage. The exciter also feeds the auxiliary control circuit of the armature current regulator via a resistor 14 regulated by the scanning device as a function of the winding radius.
A constant external voltage can of course also be used instead of the exciter voltage.
The armature current of the winding motor is passed through the main control coil 16 of the armature current regulator, which is equipped with a manually operated parallel resistor 17 serving as a tension adjuster. The respective setting of this resistance is decisive for the division of the armature current into current components: for the control coil 1.6 and for the parallel branch 17.
The auxiliary control current regulated by the program regulator 14 is passed through the auxiliary control coil 15 of the armature current regulator, which is connected counteracting to the coil 16 'and which also has an adjustable parallel resistor 18, the so-called tension course adjuster. The setting of this resistance is decisive for the division of the auxiliary control current into current components: through the coil 15 and the parallel branch 18. If 18 is short-circuited, no auxiliary control current flows through the coil 15; the armature current regulator then regulates only by means of the armature current in coil 16.
The more auxiliary control current component flows through the coil -15, the greater the armature current component must be in the main control coil 16 so that the armature current regulator remains in its new rest position; that is to say, the greater the armature current of the winding motor automatically regulated by the armature current regulator while maintaining the partial flow ratio set by the tension adjuster 17.
It can be seen from this mode of operation that the program course of the auxiliary control current for a given program course of the winding motor field determines the characteristics of the winding tension course between the start and end tension value;
Furthermore, the setting of the tension adjuster 17 determines the respective initial tension value and the setting of the tension course adjuster 18 determines the respective final tension value as a percentage (based on the initial tension value - 100%) between which values the characteristic curve runs. The later Figures 3 and 4 show these relationships.
One of the winding radius ratio respectively. Program control of the current in an auxiliary control coil of the armature current regulator, depending on the degree of winding, can of course also be carried out in such a way that the parallel resistance to the auxiliary control coil (that is the tension course adjuster) is controlled in a program while the auxiliary control current is kept practically constant.
According to the same Prin zip, a program control of the armature current directly, without the aid of a counteracting auxiliary control coil, take place if the setting of a parallel resistance to the main control coil of the armature current regulator respectively depending on the winding radius. is regulated according to the degree of winding, because then the armature partial current flowing into the parallel resistor also acts on the armature current regulation,
like an auxiliary control current held in opposition in an auxiliary control coil.
As a further embodiment, the use of a single program current for field control of the winding motor and for controlling the armature current regulator is drawn in FIG. The previous reference characters are retained, so that a repeated explanation of the mode of operation of the armature current regulator coils and the tension and tension course adjuster is not required. In addition, only a so-called no-load current equalizer 19 is shown in FIG. 2.
which, like the tension adjuster resistance <B> 17, </B> is connected in parallel to the main control coil of the armature current regulator and which regulates the program depending on the winding radius, in each case the one to overcome the changeable bearing friction losses. adjusts the required armature current component.
In FIG. 3, an arbitrarily assumed initial current value r "B <I> = </I> J ,,, <I> == </I> 100% is set. Furthermore, the initial value F" of the winding motor field is -, Velches is controlled by the program with increasing winding radius -r (Al) szisse) according to the curve F, represented by the same distance r "B. '. If the winding radius is in the ratio R:
r "- 6 increases, then in the example according to curve F" the field increases to three times the initial value. The program control of F is designed in such a way that when the current J "is kept constant, the winding tension curve shown in FIG. 4 according to curve Z" is achieved.
In FIG. 4, the selected initial value of the winding tension r "Z", which depends on F "and the setting of the current J on the tension adjuster (17), is denoted by 100%. The final value of curve Z; can then be used for a winding range of 1: 6 would only be 50.0 of the initial tensile value.
The characteristic of Z; depends on the design of the program curve of the Viekelmotorfeldes. It should be mentioned that the winding tension is independent of the winding speed. At a constant winding speed, the winding motor speed ra changes, as is known, after a hyperbola, as is indicated in FIG. 4.
There is now another program control for the field of the winding motor. Program control of the armature current by influencing the armature voltage by means of an armature current regulator with an auxiliary control coil and program-controlled auxiliary control current, then this second program control, depending on the degree of winding that can be recorded on the electrical winder itself, can be designed, for example, so that with.
the already existing field curve F over the entire winding area a constant winding tension is achieved - according to the horizontal z "in FIG. 4. For this, the armature current must be controlled by the auxiliary control current component of the armature current regulator according to the program curve J in FIG.
By adjusting the closing (), course adjuster 18, you can set the final value of the armature current battery to any intermediate percentage value between <B> 100% </B> and 200% of the initial current value (for Wiehel range, for example 1:
6 <B>) </B>, or via = 100 <I>% </I> for even larger wrapping areas or towards the end of the workout increasing recovery In FIG. 3, an intermediate value of 1.50% is entered, at which the course of the anchor stroine according to curve Jb results. The curve shows the associated winding tension course: ,, in Fig. 4.
