So. gibt z.
Angle measuring device. The invention relates to an angle measuring device in which, to eliminate the error caused by the eccentricity of a pitch circle, two diametrically opposite circular division sections are formed together in the image field of a reading device, and the aim is to simplify reading of the measured value.
In the previously known measuring devices of this type, which work according to the coincidence method, two scale images which can be shifted against each other were obtained in the image field of the microscope, which made reading difficult and confusing. For other measuring devices of this type, the reading was estimated, with the image of one of the two:
diametrically opposite division points optically rotated by 180 and in the image field: the Bern division point was shown. With the help of an optical micrometer, these images move relative to an index, whereby in the image field of the microscope a simple image of the index and the individual tick marks in the main circle appear as double bars.
With all these known angle measuring devices it was necessary to provide the division of the pitch circle, which usually consists of glass, with a large number of lines in order to achieve the greatest possible reading accuracy. However, this has made production much more expensive, while at the same time the clarity of the microscope's field of view was lost.
The angle measuring device according to the invention is characterized by the fact that, through an optical system, always a tail line of the circle division with: the diametrically opposite the crossed under 45 is shown, where at the intersection of these graduation lines on an auxiliary scale in the image field of the reading - direction indicates fractions of the circle division.
This means that the eccentricity error only causes a shift of the intersection point perpendicular to the auxiliary scale, i.e. does not affect the overall measurement result.
An embodiment of the \ Vinkelnessen- device according to the invention is. shown on the accompanying drawing, which shows, for example, a theodolite, and only insofar as this is necessary to understand the invention.
The drawing shows: FIG. 1 an axial section of the lower part of the theodolite, FIG. 2 a top view of the optical 3 device of the horizontal circle, FIG. 3 the principle of the mapping of the ainetral points of the main scale in FIG.
the microscope image plane with indicated, caused by the eccentricity of the scale 3 errors and its automatic deactivation and Fig. 4 the intersection of the two diametrically opposite lines of the scale and the auxiliary graduation as they appear in the microscope s.
In. 1, the support 2 for the storage of the telescope and the other components of the optical system, not shown in the drawing, is rotatably supported in a tripod 1. Here, in the tripod 1 of the pin 3 with the holder 4 for fastening the glass pane 5 is firmly mounted, on which the main scale. is attached, the two diametrically opposed i sections are labeled A. and B.
The glass pane 5 is attached to the holder 4 in a known manner, specifically by means of a: .- ring 6. It can be seen from this that the glass pane 5 is firmly connected to the tripod 1 of the theodolites, so that at each horizontal movement of the theodolite the glass ring 5 is immobile. The illumination of the two diametrical points of the main scale. takes place by means of an illumination lens 5 7.
The light beam goes. through part B of the scale, which is mapped with the help of an optical system, wel Ches of two triangular prisms 8 and 10, a roof-like prism 9, an objective 11 and two other triangular prisms 12 and 13 consists. This beam then goes through the glass pane 5 again at the point .4, which also creates an image of this point. The resulting picture of these two diametrical points on the scale. consists of under 45 crossed graduation marks on the scale.
This image is rotated approximately by 45 with the aid of an erecting prism 11 and fed to the microscope for observation. The microscope is provided with an objective 15, a simple optical micrometer 16 together with the other optical filing of the microscope, not shown in the drawing. He mentioned micrometer 16 can advantageously consist of a simple sliding optical: wedge and has a control button 17, which is provided with a corresponding scale.
The image rotation by the erecting prism 14 essentially has the purpose. to be able to attach this control button 17 in a position suitable for reading. An optical correction body 18 is arranged in the image plane of the microscope. out formed auxiliary scale 19 has that it forms a fine division of the circle main scale.
This correction body 18 enables the use of a linear auxiliary scale 19.
The compensation: the eccentricity error and the shape of the scale images, as they appear in the image plane of the microscope, are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The part @ 1 of the circle main scale intersects with the diametrical part of the same scale B. As the angle increases, the sections shift in the direction of the arrows.
The points of intersection of diametrical graduation lines 12, 212 of the 4009 division shift on the line of symmetry X-X. Since an eccentricity of the pitch circle results in an opposite: equal shift of the scale sections from the correct position, the eccentricity is noticeable by a shift J of the intersection of the lines of the main scale in the direction Y-I =.
Since the auxiliary scale 19 is optically in the position X-X, i. h .. is arranged perpendicular to the direction Y-Y, so that the intersection of the graduation marks indicates fractions of the Kreisei development, the eccentricity error is automatically eliminated.
F'ig. 4 shows the image field of the microscope delimited by the frame 20. During the rotation of the theodolite about the vertical axis, the point of intersection of the two diametrical lines of the main scale, moving in one direction, appears in the microscope image plane in the frame 20. After setting the theodolite in a certain position, the intersection of the lines directly indicates the correct measurement position. So. are z.
B. in Fig. 4, the intersection of the solid lines the value 2129 on the main scale and the fraction 0.29 on the decimally divided auxiliary scale. The part "a," of the auxiliary scale 19 is read off with the aid of the optical micrometer, on the cylindrical scale of the control button 17; for this fine reading the point of intersection is set in the middle of one of the double lines.
The fine reading gives z. B. according to FIG. 1 the S value 750. The total result is therefore 2129 2750. In the image field, only the number of a division of the circle division is visible; the numbering of the adjacent graduation lines and that of the graduation lines of the diametrical section must therefore be masked out.
In one case appear in the edge points of the auxiliary scale 19 in the window .des microscope field of vision two intersection points of the crossed graduation lines (shown in dashed lines in Fig. 4), but you can only read the number, namely 21.2 at one intersection, while the number 213 is grayed out so that no errors can occur during the measurement.
Any micrometer can of course be used. If necessary, the scale of the optical micrometer can also be arranged directly in the image plane of the microscope.
