Zudem ist jede Wieked'spule a uswechselb@a,r.
Machine for the forging of flexible and endless tubes from strip-shaped materials in a single continuous operation. The invention relates to a machine for producing flexible and endless tubes from band-shaped materia lien in a single uninterrupted work process in ider such that at least one band is wound on a winding mandrel, the wound part is provided with grooves and these grooves are pressed together .
The materials mentioned can, for example, iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminum, lead, zinc, tin, tombac or alloys made of such or all kinds of fabrics, paper, asbestos, fiber, plastics, for example igelite, and on - Be the materials or consist of two or more different materials in any combination.
The invention consists in the fact that the tool set is exchangeable and that the tape supply spools rotating around the winding mandrel are replaceable, adjustable in the direction of the angled mandrel and adjustable in various inclined positions to the winding mandrel, in order to produce tubes made of different materials with different diameters and to be able to produce different wall thicknesses.
The thickness of the pipe walls can be adapted to the requirements placed on the finished pipe; the wall thickness is for. Example roughly equal to the height of the grooves; the height of the grooves can be made large to achieve high flexibility or particular compressive strength of the finished pipe, even when using very thin strip material.
The machine according to the invention made it possible to produce a tube in a single, continuous work process, which has, for example, an inner layer of leaded iron, while the second layer of steel and a third layer of water-insulating fabric, paper or fiber can be made. Fabric and paper can be impregnated, for example with vulcanizable material; but they can also be laminated with films of all kinds.
If there are several lobes, i.e. several bands are used, they remain firmly connected to one another. Lines of this type are suitable, for example, for conveying corrosive vapors. Or pipes can be manufactured with a very thin, inner, copper-platinum-coated aluminum layer, over one or two layers of paper and aluminum as external protection; Pipes that are suitable for example for conducting gasoline and are also very light.
Pipes can be made from just one or from two or more than three layers of material. The invention makes it possible to produce tubes that are easily bendable without stronger curvatures during operation. Cracks form or the cross section narrows.
The changeover of the machine to one or the other material, to different pipe dimensions, different numbers of boxes and wall thicknesses, etc., can be easily achieved, since not only the tape supply reels but the entire tool set are arranged in the machine, replaceable.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawings. 1 shows a schematic side view of the machine.
2 shows a vertical section through the upper part of the housing on a larger scale, FIG. 3 shows part of FIG. 2 in further enlargement, FIG. 4 shows part of FIG. 2 in further enlargement and other detailed designs, FIG. 5 shows a part of FIGS. 2, 3, 4 in a further embodiment, FIG. 6 shows a part of FIGS. 2 and 4 in a further embodiment, FIG. 7 shows a longitudinal section through the pipe walls on a larger scale.
In the housing 1 (Fig. 1), a drive motor 2 is arranged, which drives a belt pulley 3 with a belt drive. A bicycle 5 seated on the shaft 4 of the belt pulley 3 drives the main shaft 7 with a gear wheel 6 on which two chain wheels 8 and 9 are attached. The chain wheel 8 drives the tool chain wheel 10 with a chain 11 and the wheel 9 with the chain 13, the chain wheel 12, which sits on a hollow shaft 15. The two wheels 10 and 12 are located in the uppermost part of the housing 1, shown larger in FIG. 2. The hollow shaft 15 is rotatably supported in a bearing bush 16 by means of needle bearings 17. In the end of the hollow shaft 15 opposite the wheel 12, a coupling 18 with two wedges is used, which carries a driver tube 19.
This with slave tube 19, which rotates in a cantilevered manner in the fixed winding mandrel 20 via the coupling 18, is provided with claws at its end opposite the coupling ent. the inner tubular tool 29 (Fig. 3). which consists of steel and the thread 30 carries. drives. The tool 29 can thus be set in rotation by means of the coupling 18 and the tube 1 9.
The winding mandrel 20, which is provided with longitudinal grooves 21, is fastened with the flange 22 on the lab pin 16. In the driver tube 19 is cantilevered and coaxially the core rod 24, which is not retained rotatable via the holder 2 3 in the housing 1. The core rod 24 has a threaded shoulder 25 on which the core piece 26 is firmly screwed.
The core piece 26 has a grooved extension 27, which grooves. depending on the material used for the innermost layer, have a more or less pronounced inclination to the axis, or are completely absent if the compression projection 35 (FIG. 6) has longitudinal grooves. Core piece 26 and core rod 24 are centered in the inner tubular tool 29 by the set 28 seated on the latter.
The approach 27 directly adjoins the ignition end of the tubular tools 29.
With a thread 30 of the Rohrwerk tool 29, a thread 31 of a nut 32 works together. The threads 30, '31, which do not touch (Fig. 3 and -1). together form a threaded socket in which, in the manner described below, the helical grooving is done by wrapping the mandrel 20 over lapping with tape-shaped material tube.
The nut 32 is rotated with the wedges 45 from the tool sprocket 10 (Fig. 2) and is axially held by the ring attachment 46. The chain wheel 10 is arranged in the Stäader 1 to be easily rotatable.
Depending on the hardness, strength and surface properties of the raw materials to be processed, the threads 30 and 31 are single or multiple; In any case, the outer diameter of the thread 30 is greater than the inner diameter of the thread 31 arranged around the Ge 30, while the simple pitch of the two threads remain the same and are determined by the wall thickness of the pipe.
A cylindrical part 33 is attached to the nut 32 (FIG. 3) behind the thread 31, which is at least as long as a full pitch of the thread 31 and whose diameter is equal to the outside diameter of the finished raw material and for precise calibration the outer diameter of the Rahres.
With special properties of the raw materials, especially in Me metals, the cylindrical extension 33 of the nut 32 is omitted and in its place, a non-rotating with the nut 32, but stationary, so stationary caliber sleeve 34 (Fig. 4) is attached, which with its cylindrical part 35 determines the outer diameter of the finished pipe and the length of which is at least equal to a times the pitch of the thread 31. The cylindrical part 35 is also provided with certain raw materials in the longitudinal direction parallel or obliquely with grooves 48 (FIG. 6), which could also have the shape ge according to FIG.
The caliber sleeve 34 (Fig. 3) is used with the part 36, the sleeve 39 on the viewing surfaces 40 of the brake for clamping the sleeve. The caliber bushing is firmly connected to the stand 1 via the bushing 37 and the clamping nut 38. Subsequently to the cylindrical part 33 respectively. 35 is the approximately in its entire length slotted brake sleeve 39 is arranged, the arms 41 of which are resilient and provided with inclined surfaces 40. The brake sleeve 39 lies in a further fixed bush 37 (Fig. 4) or 42 (Fig. 3) and rubs with its inclined surfaces 40 against the part 36 of the Kaliherringes 34 (Fig. 4) or against the clamping ring end 43 of the bush 42 (Fig . 3).
By turning the clamping sleeve 44 in the clamping nut 38, the brake sleeve 39 is axially adjusted within certain limits and the end diameter of the resilient arms, ie the width of the sleeve, narrowed or expanded as a result of the displacement of the inclined surfaces 40 under the clamping parts 36 and 36 respectively. 43. Depending on the raw materials used for processing, the inner arm ends 41 (FIG. 5) of the brake sleeve 39 are provided with angular grooves 47 (FIG. 5) running parallel or at an angle to the axis or rounded grooves according to FIG. 6 or similar grooves.
A chain wheel 49 also engages in the chain 13 (FIG. 1). A toothed wheel 51 is seated on its axis 50. The gear 51 meshes with a ring gear 52, which is tightly pulled onto the hub 53 (FIG. 2) of a disk 54. The disc 54 is rotatably mounted on the bearing sleeve 16 and has at least one (but preferably two to five or more) bolts 55 on. On each bolt 55 slidably sits a carrier 56 (Fig. 1), on which rotatably a supply spool 57 for the strip-shaped material and deflection and tensioning elements 58 are arranged for the latter. This carrier can be pivoted about an axis. Each tape supply reel mA so adjustable in the direction of the winding mandrel and adjustable in different inclined positions to the winding mandrel. In addition, every Wieked's coil is exchangeable.
The pipes are manufactured in the following way: e: When the machine is started, the. 'Both sprockets 10 and 12 are driven by the mother 2 via parts 3-9, 11 and 13 with the same number of revolutions.
The wheel 10 causes the nut 32 to rotate, the wheel 12 drives the inner tubular tool 29 via the parts 15, 18 and 19. The mandrel 20 is screwed into the bearing journal 16 and does not rotate. Since the inner tubular tool 29 and the nut 32 rotate with the same number of rotations and in the same position, the distances between the threads, the same pitch, remain pale. From the chain 13 via the parts 49-52, the disk 54 with the supports 56 mounted on it is driven so that the supply spools 57 revolve around the mandrel 20.
In this case, in accordance with the saw position of the carrier 56, the tape B (FIG. 1) that has been bent from the reel 57 is wound onto the stationary mandrel 20 with a certain overlap. The part wound on is drawn off the mandrel 20 at a constant speed by the threads 30 and 31 and provided with grooves (indicated schematically in FIGS. 3 and 4).
The axially continuous movement of the grooved tube is by means of the brake sleeve 39 by axial resistance, which acts in friction, inhibited, whereby the Windunggen between the Ansaltz 297 of the core piece 26 and the cylindrical at set 33 of the Munter 32 or the cylindrical end 35 the Caliber barrel 34 look for upsetting and pressing so that the pipe outside and inside, with the exception of small joints, forms a smooth surface and emerges from the machine. The grooves are thus compressed. When compressed, the approach 27 acts as a resistance inside the tube. Pipes of unlimited length can be produced.
The grooves on the approach 27 of the core piece, 26 or the grooves on the cylindrical part 35 of the caliber sleeve 34 or the grooves on the arm ends 41 of the brake sleeve 39 are used to end the twisting of the finished by the friction on the threads 30 and 31 occurring To counteract Rohres. For the sake of greater clarity, the pipe wall is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 as consisting of only one layer. In Fig. 4, however, the wall consists of three layers, that is to say three strips, each of which overlaps approximately halfway. The material of the layers respectively. Bands can be the same or different, depending on the intended use of the finished tube 58. The latter leaves the machine completely free of twist.
It is particularly advantageous that the same machine can be used to manufacture pipes of different diameters and different wall thicknesses. For this purpose, the parts 18-20, 22, 24, 26, 29, 32, 34, 37-39, 42 and 44, which form the tool set, are easily exchangeable and depending on the diameter and the raw materials of the one to be manufactured Rohres corresponding parts forming a tool kit can be replaced. The exchangeability of the tool set for winding, creasing, upsetting and pressing the pipe enables the machine to be used economically and appropriately.
As a material for the production of the pipes, strips made of iron, steel, copper, brass, aluminum, lead, zinc, tin, tombac, fiber or alloys made of such or plated with such; Made of fabrics such as silk, cotton, canvas, synthetic fibers, Jews, hemp, etc. in their natural state or impregnated with oils, fats, bitumen, paraffin. vulcanizable compounds or painted with such; made of natural or impregnated kraft paper of all kinds or laminated with foils; made of asbestos fiber-like materials; made of plastic materials, such as Igelite foils and the like, are used.
