Kontrollapparat.
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach der Linie V-V der Fig. 4, _ Fig. 6 das Zählwerk.
Control apparatus. The present invention is a control device which automatically registers the number of items removed from a stack on the control device. Various such devices have already become known. but they still have various defects; either they were too complicated and therefore too expensive, or they were not reliable and not fully automatic.
The present invention is characterized by the fact that a sensor protrudes into the path of the objects to be removed, which automatically advances the counter by one unit when an object is removed, and that means are available that the entire stack after removal of the foremost Push the object forward actively and that after the last object of the stack has been removed, the transport carriage is automatically transported to its rearmost position.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown - ('ellt. It shows: Fig. 1 is a side view, partially cut ge, Fig. 2 is a plan, Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III of FIG , Fig. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 3 with the trans port slide upper part.
Fig. 5 shows a section along the line V-V of Fig. 4, _ Fig. 6 the counter.
In a frame 1, two endless chains 2a, 2b are guided over wheels 13a, 13b. The wheels 13a are fastened on a shaft 3a and get their drive via the gears 3, 4, 4a and 5 from a drive motor not shown. Furthermore, two rods 19 are arranged in the frame 1 on which a transport carriage T is slidably guided ver. The latter is attached to the chains 2a, 2b in a manner not shown and is moved by them.
The carriage T has two bushes 6a, 6b 'which are connected to one another by means of the web 6e. The ver provided with a cross member 6c carriage top 6b is kidney 6d around the hinge and is in its standing position (Fig. 1) by a spring to the web 6e comprehensive hook 9 secures, the latter on a verse on the Tr 6c arranged angle 6f is attached.
At the web 6e standing under the action of a spring 8c lever 8 is rotatably superimposed, the end 8a of which works with a pin 10 and the end 8b with the nose 11b of a shift rod 7, which the latter endeavors under the action of a spring not drawn is to move me to the right. A sensor 11c is connected to the rod 7 at one end and an axle 11, which carries a mercury contact 12, is connected to the other via an arm 11a.
The pin 10 sits on an arm 10a which is pivotably mounted on the cross member 6c. The latter rests against a pin 10c under the action of a spring 10b. The procedure is as follows: If the foremost object (. Of the stack, which rests on the bars 19, is removed upwards, it swivels a sensor 14 around its pivot point in the bearing 24). The lower end of the sensor 14 presses the button 16 of the counter 15 and advances the latter by one unit.
The counting rollers are visible through the window 18. As soon as the foremost object G is removed, the sensor 11c can fall into the dot-dashed position (FIG. 1).
At the same time, the rod 7 is shifted to the right as a result of the spring action, whereby the mercury contact 12 is adjusted via the arm 11a and the shaft 11 and the drive motor is switched on, which drives the chains 2a via the wheel 5 and the gear wheels 4, 3 , 2b and push the slide T with the stack forward until the sensor llc assumes its previous position and thus switches off the motor. The foremost object is now ready to be removed again.
The frame 21 prevents an object from being removed without the counter responding. If the last of the objects has been removed, the sensor IIc falls down again and switches on the motor.
Shortly thereafter, the sleeve 6a of the slide hits a stop 20a .. As a result, the rod 20 and the sleeves 5a, 5b are adjusted to the right and the gear 3, 4, 4a switched over so that the bevel gears 3 and 4, but 3 and 4a are in engagement, so that the carriage T moves backwards until its sleeve 6a abuts the stop 20b of the rod 20, whereby the bevel gears 3, 4 are brought back into engagement with each other.
The switching of the gear bes from the wheels 3, 4 to the wheels 3, 4a respectively. conversely takes place in that after disengaging the wheels 3, 4 respectively. 3, 4a of the carriage T with the chains 2a, 2b and the wheels 13a, 1H6 due to the inertia moves so much that the wheels 3, 4a respectively. 3, 4 are just about to be coupled together.
At the same time, the end of the lever 8b meets the nose 11b, moves the rod 7 to the left and turns off the engine. To introduce a new stack into the apparatus, the upper part 6b of the slide is folded over.
The pin 10 pivotable with the arm 10a slides down the edge 8e of the lever end 8a without moving the lever 8. When putting on the part 6b, the pin 10 arranged on the cross 6c pushes the lever end 8a away,
s @ o that when the lever 8 is pivoted, the end 8b is only slightly removed from the nose 11b. The rod 7 pushes immediately under the action of the spring not signed designated to the right (Fig. 1) and turns on the motor.
The carriage T moves forward with the new stack until the object G in front of it switches off the motor again by means of the sensor I1c. The frame 21 is held in carriers 23 and in the bearings 24 ge.
As the stack forming objects such. The following can be used, for example: cigarette boxes, pillar packs, food packs, also tins and cans.
