  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 213061.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstoffes.       Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines     Disazofarbstof-          fes.    Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass man  1     Mol        tetrazotierter        4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl-          3,3'-diearbonsäure    mit 1     Mol        1-(3'-Amino-          phenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    und anschlie  ssend mit 1     Mol        2,

  8-Dioxynaphthalin-3-carbon-          säure-6-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pul  ver dar, das sich in Wasser     korinthfarben     löst. Er färbt Baumwolle und regenerierte       Cellulose        korinth    an. Die Färbungen werden  beim Nachbehandeln mit     Kupfersalzen        wasch-          und    lichtecht     schwarzbraun.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  272 Teile     4,4'-Diaminodiphenyl-3,3'-di-          carbonsäure    werden alkalisch in Wasser ge  löst. Dann gibt man 175 Teile     Natriumnitrit     zu und säuert bei tiefer Temperatur mit 800  Teilen Salzsäure (d = 1,18) an. Die erhal-         tene    klare     Diazolösung    wird nach einiger Zeit  durch     Aminasulfosäure    von der überschüssi  gen salpetrigen Säure befreit und mit Natrium  acetat bis zur essigsauren Reaktion abge  stumpft. Hierzu fügt man langsam 189 Teile       1-(3'-Aminophenyl)-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon,    die  mit .der eben     ausreichenden    Menge Natrium  hydroxyd in Wasser gelöst werden.

   Nachdem  die halbseitige Kupplung beendet ist, wird  das Zwischenprodukt isoliert und in die     soda-          alkalische    Lösung von 284 Teilen     2,8-Dioxy-          naphthalin-3-carbonsäure-6-sulfonsäure    ein  getragen. Der Farbstoff wird nach 12 Stun  den wie üblich abgeschieden. Der neue Farb  stoff stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das sich  in Wasser     korinthfarben    löst. Er färbt Baum  wolle und regenerierte     Cellulose        korinth    an.  Die Färbungen werden beim Nachbehandeln  mit Kupfersalzen wasch- und lichtecht  schwarzbraun. Behandelt man die Färbungen.
