Grillapparat.
Grill apparatus. The present invention relates to a grill apparatus with a heating device built into a housing and at least one support device for the pieces of meat to be grilled.
In apparatus of this type, it is customary to line up the pieces of meat to be grilled on skewers and to turn these skewers in front of the heating device. In gas and elec trically heated grills, the burner or the heating rods must be arranged laterally outside the path of the meat pieces in order to avoid contamination by the fat dripping off the piece of meat, etc. It has therefore been proposed to arrange such Heizein directions on a cylinder surface in a vertical position and hang the piece of meat within this cylinder on a rotatable stand.
This device intended for only one piece of meat is not well suited for grilling several pieces of meat at the same time, in that the pieces of meat first slide down on the vertically standing skewer to be provided in this training and then the removal of the grilled piece of meat and pulling off all over the same requires pieces of meat put on the skewer.
The grill according to the invention counteracts this disadvantage in that at least one Tragvorrich device has a special support member for each one of the pieces of meat to be grilled, rotates around the machine axis when the grill is driven and still rotates around its own axis, which is intended to the heat from the heating device comes into effect almost evenly on all sides of the meat pieces. The supporting devices are preferably arranged in a suspended manner so that the pieces of meat can rotate about a vertical axis. The heating devices, e.g.
B. the heating pipes or heating rods, perpendicular. .
In the accompanying drawing, for example, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely shows: Pig. 1 shows the front view of an electric grill apparatus, in part a section, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line A-B in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a detailed variant and FIG. 4 and 5 parts of further variants of FIG. 3.
The grill shown has a housing 1 in which a rod-shaped, electric heating element 2 is fixedly arranged in a vertical position. The housing contains in its upper part a drive motor, not shown, for. B. an electric motor, which can set a disc-shaped gear box 3 in slow rotation. In the gear box, a gear 4 is fixedly arranged coaxially to the central heating rod 2. Gears 5 that mesh with the gear 4 can revolve around the latter. The journals 6 of the gears 5 protrude below from the Ge housing 3 and have angular slots 7, in which the upper end of support devices 8 can be releasably suspended by means of transverse pins 9.
The support devices 8 have a multiple S-shaped curved part, on whose horizontally extending parts hooks 10 are attached as support members for the pieces of meat F. These hooks 10 are with the axis of the pin 6 in the same perpendicular straight line.
Except for the central radiator 2 on both sides outside the path of the Tragvor directions 8 and the same fastened th meat pieces F heating rods 11 with Re reflectors 12 are provided. Front and rear of the housing is closed by lockable Fen ster 13 with inserted, transparent panes 14.
A sane collecting tray 15, which is provided at the lower end of the housing 1 and can be pulled out like a drawer, allows sauce to be received which can be poured over the pieces of meat F. In not. In the manner shown, this sauce can also be conveyed by a feed pump from the tray 15 over the top of the meat pieces and then drip back over the pieces into the tray 15.
Heating rods or heating pipes, as indicated by dash-dotted lines, could also be provided around the path of the pieces of meat. The middle heating rod 2 can be detachable and slots 7 can also be provided in the hollow hub 6a that rotates with the box 3, by means of which an individual hook for hanging up a piece of meat, e.g. B. a suckling pig, can be usedlös bar.
Instead of the support device 8 (Fig. 1) for the individual suspension of the pieces of meat F, a rod 15a could be provided according to FIG. 3, which is carried by an arm 16 and pin 9 by means of a pin 17 and a transverse pin 9 through the journal 6 respectively. Slot 7 is releasably held. The supporting organs 18 are equipped at the free end with a hook and can be releasably inserted into bores 19 of the rod 15a. The hooks are located in the axis of rotation of the part 17. The support device could also be designed similar to a ladder, the horizontally extending rungs would represent the support members for the pieces of meat.
According to FIG. 4, instead of the supporting organs 18 according to FIG. 3, bowls 20 or according to FIG. 5 and skewers 21 can also be provided. Bowls or skewers are arranged so that they lie in the axis of the pin 17. In this way it is sufficient that the pieces of meat are heated almost evenly from all sides. Instead of hanging, as shown, the Tragvortriebtungen could also be arranged upright, the drive mechanism would have to be provided at the lower end of the housing.
