Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines unlöslichen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde     gef-unden,        dass    man zu einem  wertvollen unlöslichen Farbstoff gelangt,  wenn man     1-Plienyl-3-metliyl-5-pyrazolon     mit dem     Azomethin    der Formel

    unter Abspalten von     1-Aminobenzol-3-sul-          fonsäure    kondensiert.  



  Das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt ist  ein rotes Pulver, das sich in organischen Lö  sungsmitteln, wie Aceton, Essigester, mit  gelbroter Farbe löst und das, in geeignete  Verteilung gebracht,     Acetatkunstseide    in ech  ten rotgelben Tönen färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine Lösung von<B>38,3</B> Teilen des     Azo-          methins    der Formel

    in<B>300</B> Teilen einer     10%igen        Natriumearbo-          natlösung    giesst man unter Rühren eine Sus-         pension    von 17,4 Teilen     1-Phenyl-3-methyl-          5-pyrazolon    in<B>300</B> Teilen Wasser.     Nael     zirka 15stündigem Rühren ist das neue Kon  densationsprodukt gebildet und als rotes Pul  ver ausgefallen. Es wird     abfiltriert    und ge  trocknet.

Das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt ist ein rotes Pulver, das sieh in organischen Lösungsmitteln, wie Aceton, Essigester, mit gelbroter Farbe löst und das, in geeignete Verteilung gebracht, Acetatkunstseide in eell- ten rotgelben Tönen färbt.
