Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Farbstöffes    der     Anthraehinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass ein Farbstoff der       Anthrachinonreihe    hergestellt werden kann,  wenn man 1     Mol        1-Amino-4-halogerianthl@a-          clllriorl-2#sulfonsätire    auf 1     Mol        2-Amino-          chryserl-mono-sulfonsäure    einwirken lässt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein schwarz  grünes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit blauvioletter Farbe löst  und tierische Faser, wie z. B. Wolle, aus  saurem     .Sade    in kräftigen, reinen und echten  blaugrünen Tönen färbt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in wäs  seriger oder alkoholisch wässeriger Lösung  unter Zusatz säurebindender Mittel, wie Na  triumbikarbonat oder Natronlauge, und eines       Katalysators,    wie Kupferbronze oder eines       Kupersalzes,    unter Erwärmen vorgenommen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>    9,6 Teile     1-amirio-4-bromantbrachinon-2-          sulforisaures    Natrium, 8,6 Teile 2-amino-         chrysen-morlo-sulfonsaures    Natrium, herge  stellt durch Sulfonieren von     2-Aminochrysen,     8 Teile     Natriumbikarbonat    und 1,2 Teile       Kupferchlorür    werden in 120 Teile Wasser  eingetragen und 20 Stunden bei einer Tem  peratur von<B>70-730</B> gerührt. Nach dem Er  kalten wird filtriert und der Filterrückstand  mit heissem Wasser ausgekocht, wobei ein  Umsetzungsprodukt mit blaugrüner Farbe in  Lösung geht und vom Ungelösten durch Fil  tration getrennt werden kann.

   Man versetzt  das Filtrat mit Salzsäure, kocht auf, filtriert  und löst den     Farbstoff    in heisser verdünnter       Sodalösung,    filtriert von Verunreinigungen,  fällt den     Farbstoff    durch Beigabe von Koch  salz aus, filtriert und trocknet.

  The reaction is expediently carried out in aqueous or alcoholic aqueous solution with the addition of acid-binding agents, such as sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydroxide solution, and a catalyst, such as copper bronze or a copper salt, with heating.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farb stoffes der Anthrachinonreihe, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 1-Amirro-4- halogenanthrachinon-2-sulfonsäure auf 1 Mol 2-Aminochrysen-niono-salfonsäure einwirken lässt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein schwarz grünes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauvioletter Farbe löst und tierische Faser, wie z. B. Wolle, aua saurem Bade in kräftigen, reinen und echten blaugrünen Tönen färbt.
