Heisswasseranlage, insbesondere ffeisswasserfernheizung.
In.
Hot water system, especially hot water remote heating. The invention relates to a rice water system, in particular hot water remote heating, and consists in the fact that the hot water gives off its heat directly to the heat consumer in at least one stage, while the hot water is further cooled by a heat pump in at least one stage and the heat obtained from it is increased to a higher level Temperature level is promoted.
The heat-emitting part of the pump can be connected to the hot water network. Corresponding diversions can be provided to enable the heat pump to be switched off.
Various advantages are achieved by the invention. First and foremost, the hot water can be cooled more deeply than would be possible without a heat pump. In the case of district heating, the amount of water circulating in the pipeline is reduced, which enables the use of smaller pipe dimensions.
In addition, the deeper cooling of the hot water reduces heat losses in the return line. If the return water is cooled down to the ambient temperature of the return line, resp. close to this, insulation of the return line is no longer necessary, so that this results in a significant reduction in system costs.
Advantageously, the switching device of the heat pump takes place only when the heating is heavily loaded, ie z. BB. only at full load. At partial load, the heat can be delivered directly to the consumption points, where the actual heat pump can be drawn in for heat transfer purposes in the case of parts of the system.
Some embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown schematically in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the switching on of a heat pump with .getrenntem heat transfer medium. The hot water comes out of the boiler 1. z. B. at a temperature of <B> 180 '</B> C through the flow 2 into a first heat conversion point 3, to which a heat consumption point 3 * is connected and gives off part of its heat to the same. That from this first .Stufe, z.
B. with a tem perature of <B> SO '</B> C draining hot water passes through the line 4 in the Ver evaporator 5 of the heat pump, in which its heat is transferred to the special heat carrier circulating in a .schllosse NEN circuit 6 releases through an exchange surface and brings this heat transfer medium in the United steamer 5 to evaporate. Which in some way, e.g. B. by an elec tric motor, driven compressor 7 sucks in these vapors and compresses them, where by which temperature is increased. The temperature increase is driven so far, z.
B. on <B> 90 '</B> C that the heat can be used for purposes of use. The compressed vapors are liquefied in the condenser 8 (that is to say in the heat-emitting part) of the heat pump. They give their heat to the heat transport medium circulating in the condenser 8, z. B. water, which leaves the condenser as low pressure steam or hot water.
The heat transport medium is freely available in a consumption network 9 for irritation or hot water preparation purposes or other heat requirements. The precipitated in the condenser vapors of the circuit 6 pass through the throttle member 10 in the evaporator 5, in which the circuit begins again. The evaporator by the heat pump in the United 5 to low temperature z. B. 40 C cooled hot water .gelangt through the return 11 via the pump 12 in the boiler 1 back.
By cooling the hot water in a subsequent stage from <B> 80 '</B> to 40' C (mean temperature level <B> 60 '</B> C), the heat gained is raised to a higher temperature level' e.g. B. <B> 90 '</B> C of the network 9 promoted.
In. FIG. 2 shows a system which, compared to the system in FIG. 1 has the difference that, in addition to the heat transfer surface 18 of the heat pump circuit, a heat transfer surface 14 is provided in the condenser 8, which is provided by:
the diversion 15 on the one hand directly to the line 4 of the hot water network, on the other hand through the diversion 16 to the return 11 is connected. In order to enable the system to be operated with or without a heat pump, closing organs 17 for the evaporator and 18 for the transfer surface 14 are provided in the line system.
When there is normal heat demand, the closing elements 17 are closed and the closing elements 18 open, so that the heat demand in the consumption network 9 of the second stage is covered by the heat exchanger 8 itself. If the heat requirement exceeds a certain amount, the heat pump is switched on after the organs 17 are open, so that the heat supply in the condenser 8 is not only done through the heat exchange surface 14,
but is increased by the heat exchange surface 13 of the heat pump. It is also possible, by closing the valves 18, to turn off the direct transfer of heat through the exchange surface 144 and to cover the heat demand of the consumption network 9 entirely via the heat pump.
In Fig. 3 an embodiment is shown in which a single heat exchange surface in the condenser 8 is used both for operation with a heat pump and without a heat pump.
The heat dissipation can not only follow the primary side, that is in the heat converter 3 and in the evaporator 5 of the heat pump, but means are also provided to allow the heat absorption to take place on the secondary side in stages, that is in the condenser 8 of the heat pump and in the heat converter 3 ,.
In the line network are closing organs 17 for the: evaporator, 18 for the condenser and 19 im. Circuit of the heat pump, 20, 21 and 2.2 provided in the rest of the line network.
When operating with the heat pump, the closing elements 17, 19 and 20 are open, the closing elements 18, 21 and 2.2 closed, so that the heat emitted from the heat converter 3 through the line 4 in the evaporator 5 is used to generate a higher temperature in the condenser 8 is used, by means of which the heat transport medium flowing from the consumption network 9 through the condenser 8 is brought to a higher temperature and fed back to the heat converter 3 through the line 2'3.
As a result, not only a lowering of the tempera ture in the return line 11, but also a reduction in the need for heat transport medium is achieved. If the same heat transfer medium is used in the heat pump as in the primary circuit, e.g. B. water, the condenser can be used as a heat converter when operating without a heat pump. In this case, the closing organs 18 in the lines 15, 16 and the closing organs 20 are open, the organs 17, 19, 22 and 2: 1 are closed.
The capacitor 8 can also be turned off by opening the closing organs 21 and 22 and closing the closing organs 18, 17 and 20.
In the embodiment of FIG. 4, the hot water passes through the flow 2 via the heat conversion point 3 to which a heat consumption network 3 * is connected. is, in. the evaporator 5, which is divided into different stages <I> a, b, c, d </I>, in which the hot water is partially evaporated by atomization and the remaining part through lines 25, 2, 6, 27 is passed into the following stage and is also atomized there.
The lowest pressure stage d is through the line .2.8 with the lowest intake pressure stage, the highest pressure stage a through the line 29 with the highest intake pressure stage of the compressor 30, whose drive z. B. is carried out by an electric motor 31 connected.
The compressed and heated vapors can be used in a converter or heat consumer and for this purpose pass through line 32 into condenser 8, to which a heat consumption point 3-3 is connected, and from which the condensate passes through the line 34 to the conveying device 12 and from there back into the boiler 1. The condensate can instead be conveyed back through the line 34 into the pump 12 through the line 35 into the evaporator 5.
