Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes einer Carbeniumverbindung. - Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes einer Car- beniumverbindung, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man auf p-Nitrophenyldi- naphtopyranol ein dehydrierend wirkendes Mittel einwirken lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 40 Gewichtsteile p-Nitrophenyldinaphto- pyranol folgender Formel:

(vergl. Dichendorfer und Nesitka, Monats hefte 50, Seite 27) werden bei einer 130<B>1</B> C nicht übersteigenden Temperatur in ein Ge-. misch von 120 Gewichtsteilen Aluminium chlorid und 30 Gewichtsteilen Natriumchlorid eingetragen.
Nach 5-stündigem Rühren bei 130-150 C giesst man in 2000 Teile Wasser, erhitzt zum Sieden, rutscht ab, kocht den Rückstand nochmals mit 2000 Teilen Wasser aus und fällt den entstandenen Farbstoff aus den vereinigten rot gefärbten Filtraten mit Salzsäure aus. Zur Reinigung kann man in Wasser lösen und mit Salzsäure wieder aus fällen. Der so erhältliche Farbstoff, dem wahrscheinlich folgende Konstitution zu kommt

löst sich in Wasser mit weinroter Farbe und färbt daraus Baumwolle, tannierte Baumwolle, beschwerte und unbeschwerte Seide in kräf tigen roten Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit:

After stirring for 5 hours at 130-150 C, the mixture is poured into 2000 parts of water, heated to the boil, slipped off, the residue boiled again with 2000 parts of water and the resulting dye is precipitated from the combined red-colored filtrates with hydrochloric acid. For cleaning, it can be dissolved in water and precipitated with hydrochloric acid. The dye obtainable in this way, which probably has the following constitution
