Description

       

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Büstenhalters.    Es ist bereits bekannt, Büstenhalter aus  Wirkware herzustellen. Bei Büstenhaltern  mit in gewölbter Form ausgearbeiteten Brust  taschen besteht dabei die wesentliche Schwie  rigkeit in der Herstellung der Brusttaschen.  Es ist ein Herstellungsverfahren bekannt ge  worden, bei welchem zur Bildung der Brust  tasche auf einer Flachstrickmaschine     drei-          eckförmige    Teile hergestellt werden, die da  rauf durch     Kettelnähte    untereinander ver  bunden werden. Diese Herstellungsweise ist  umständlich und zeitraubend.  



  Von dem Bekannten unterscheidet sich  das Verfahren gemäss der Erfindung darin,  dass der Büstenhalter auf den mit Nadeln  zur Maschenbildung versehenen Maschinen  zum Beispiel Flach- und Rundstrickmaschi  nen und flachen     Kulierwirkmaschinen,    in der  Weise einteilig hergestellt wird, dass die  Raumform der Brusttaschen durch die an  sich bekannte Keilarbeit gebildet wird, indem  eine vom Rand der Brusttasche nach dem  Innern derselben bis annähernd zur Mitte    reichende     Stuhlnadelreihe    ohne Abwerfender  Maschen stillgesetzt und die Maschen an  schliessend     wieder    nacheinander aufgenommen  werden.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Büsten halters durch Wirken oder Stricken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Büstenhalter auf den mit Nadeln zur Maschenbildung verse- henen Maschinen in der Weise einteilig her gestellt wird, dass die Raumform der Brust taschen durch Keilarbeit gebildet wird, indem eine vom Rand der Brusttasche nach dem Innern derselben bis annähernd zur Mitte reichende Stuhlnadelreihe ohne Abwerfen der Maschen stillgesetzt und die Maschen anschliessend wieder nacheinander aufgenom men werden.
