Fig. 1 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel im Aufriss; Fig. 2 einen Seitenriss zu Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 denselben Seitenriss, jedoch mit aus gefahrenem und angehobenem Pressbett, Fig. 4 ist ein Aufriss einer zweiten Aus führungsform der Presse;
Hydraulic vacuum packing press for pressing fruits. The subject matter of the present invention is a hydraulic vacuum packing press for pressing fruits, with at least one press bed which can be brought from the press layer into a filling layer, that is to say can be pulled out or swiveled out.
The previously known presses of this type have the disadvantage that unpacking the material to be pressed is inconvenient, especially in the initial and final stages, as the material to be pressed is initially too low in the press bed and then too high. The associated fruit grinder must also be equipped with a telescopic tube to prevent the grist from splashing.
According to the present invention, these disadvantages are to be eliminated in that the press bed is mounted on the movable pressure element of the press in such a way that it can be raised or lowered to the desired working height in the filling position with the pressure element. This makes unpacking this press easier and the material to be pressed can be fed in without a telescopic tube. In the drawing, several exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment in elevation; FIG. 2 shows a side elevation of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 the same side elevation, but with the press bed extended and raised; FIG. 4 is an elevation of a second embodiment of the press;
FIG. 5 shows an elevation of a third exemplary embodiment, FIG. 6 shows a floor plan for FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 shows a section along line VII-VII in FIG. 6, FIG. 8 illustrates a fourth exemplary embodiment in elevation; FIG. 9 in plan and FIG. 10 in a side elevation.
In the first embodiment according to Fig: 1-3, a pressure member consisting of a pressure plate 2 and a piston 3 is arranged in the frame 1 of a vacuum packing press, on which rails 4 are attached. On the press bed 5 6 bearing pieces 7 are arranged on tabs on which rollers 8 are supported. On each bearing piece 7 there is a spring 9, which at one end is supported against a deposition of the bearing piece and at the other end against the corresponding tab 6.
When the press plate 2 is raised, it takes the press bed 5 with it and presses the pack 10 (Fig. 1) together. Here, who compresses the springs 9 at the beginning of the pressing, so that the pressing plate 2 rests directly against the bottom of the press bed 5 during pressing. After pressing is complete, when the pressure plate 2 is lowered, the springs 9 lift the press bed again from the press plate 2 so that the press bed can be pulled out of the position according to FIG. 2 into the filling position according to FIG. 3.
In this extended position, the press bed can be raised or lowered by means of the press plate 2 to the working height required for unpacking. As can be seen from Fig. 3, when unpacking the material to be pressed comes from the spout 11 of the fruit mill directly onto the press bed, so that in this press no telescopic tube is necessary for feeding the material to be pressed.
The second embodiment according to FIG. 4 differs from the first example in that the rollers 8 are fixed in place on the press bed 5, while the rails 12 on which the rollers 8 run, with the interposition of springs 13 on the pressure plate 2 are arranged. These springs 13 are also compressed so strongly during pressing that the press plate 2 rests against the bottom of the press bed 5, and after pressing they lift the press bed 5 like that of the press plate 2, so that the former is extended as in the first example can be.
In the embodiment of Fig. 5-7 16 springs 14 are arranged between tabs 15 of the press bed 5 and a frame 16, by means of which the press bed 5 on the frame 16 rests. The frame 16 is pivotable about a pin 18 provided on an arm 17 of the pressure plate 2, so that the frame 16 can be pivoted out together with the press bed 5 for unpacking under the outlet nozzle of the fruit mill. During the pressing, the spring mechanism 14 is compressed so strongly that the bottom of the press bed 5 rests directly on the press plate 2.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 8-10 differs from the example according to FIGS. 5-7 in that the press bed 5 is pivotably mounted directly by means of tabs 19 on the pin 18 of the arm 17 of the pressure plate 2, specifically in such a way that the Press bed 5 is displaceable in the axial direction and is lifted by a spring 20 placed on the journal 18 and supported on the one hand against a deposition of the journal 18 and on the other hand against the tab 19 after pressing in order to be able to pivot the press bed.
During pressing, this spring 20 is again compressed so strongly that the bottom of the press bed 5 rests on the press plate 2.
