Description

Swash ring gear with more than two inclined disks arranged out of phase on a common shaft. Swash ring gear with inclined disks and respectively arranged on a common shaft. Their construction, their properties and their balancing are known, insofar as a pair of wise arranged and inclined angles each <B> 180 '</B> phase-shifted from one another are possible.

The present invention is concerned with the balancing of a transmission with more than two on a common shaft with a phase offset from one another angeord designated wobble ring individual drives, the phase shift of the individual drives under BEZW. differs from each other by <B> 180 '</B>.

The balancing of such a wobble ring gear is achieved according to the invention because the weight of the rings mounted on the disks and the masses moved by them according to the phase shift angle.

of the inclined disks is dimensioned so that a mass compensation occurs equal to the gear in the direction of the shaft, and that in a plane reciprocating pins of the rings together with the attached masses of the various individual drives are set at the same angle to each other in which the Associated disks are on the shaft to each other in order to compensate for the mass forces occurring perpendicular to the shaft of a lemniscate-like movement executing ring parts and pendulum stones.

A transmission with three oblique Sehei ben arranged out of phase on a shaft is shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the same, and FIG. 3 shows a vertical cross section through the same with the middle position of the related ring.

The rings ei, <I> c2, </I> <B> e3 </ are firmly seated on the Urelle a with this and firmly connected inclined disks bz, b2, b3, in their annular grooves whose radial center planes are inclined to the shaft B> are mounted on balls. These rings each carry six pins di-d6 (Fig. 2), which protrude through slots into cylinders 1-6 and move the six pistons gi-go back and forth over six pendulum stones ei-e6. .

The three individual wobble ring drives are labeled I, II, III. Your setting is such that drive I is set back against drive II opposite to the direction of rotation by a, while drive III is advanced by a in the direction of rotation against drive II.

There is therefore a phase shift of 2 a 'between instinct I and instinct III, while instinct II is shifted against instincts I and III by a, in phase, in such a way that instinct II against instinct i and instinct III against instinct II are leading by the displacement angle a.

In order to mechanically balance such a set and rotated system in the direction of the shaft, it is necessary to dimension the masses of each ring including the hanging masses in relation to the same masses of the other two drives in such a way that at An Assuming a weight 1 for the center ring including the masses attached to it, the weights of the outer rings including the masses attached are equal to 1 times sin a.

In the present example of FIG. The cylinders 1 and 4 contain the pistons gi and g4 to absorb the torque through the intermediary of fitting pieces lt without side air, while in the pistons g2, g3, g5 and gc the pins d2, d3, d5, d6 and the Pendulum stones e2, e3, es, ec have sides running across the cylinder axis,

To give these four pegs and pendulum stones the freedom to describe the three-dimensional lemniscate-like movements.

So it describe four pegs and four pendulum stones a three-dimensional stroke, while the two by the A fitting pieces h laterally limited stones allow the pin a linear stroke. The three-dimensional stroke runs on a spherical lemniscate-like curve. The inertial forces occurring perpendicular to the shaft of the ring parts and pendulum stones performing a lemniscate movement must be balanced.

Since the opposite direction in this movement is due to the setting of a phase angle that deviates from <B> 180 '</B> and thus a mutual balancing is canceled, the latter must be done differently depending on the selected setting.

In the case of the present transmission, this happens because the two straight pins of the individual drives are not all in one and the same axial plane, but are circumferentially offset at the same angle a that the disks form with one another as a phase shift angle. The straight line is therefore offset when the phase angle is set depending on this angle and the direction of rotation.

In the present example, the straight-line guidance for drive 1I would be in cylinders 1 and 4, for drive I in cylinders 3 and 6 and for drive III in cylinders 2 and 5.
