Equipment set, can be used as required to assemble a steam cooker or a baking device. The invention relates to a set of equipment which can be used as required to assemble a steam cooker or a baking device. The equipment set is characterized by the fact that in the steam cooker assembled from a part of the equipment set, an insulating bell is arranged over an inner bell that is immersed in a water bowl and bulges outwards at its edge located below and above the water bowl,
so that the space located between the inner bell and the insulating bell is open at the bottom and rising hot air can be captured by the insulating bell and thus made usable.
It is known to use double bells on certain steamers. But these have a completely closed cavity. Here, as a result of the folds that are never completely sealed, steam condensate that seeps through collects at the bottom of the cavity. B. be heated directly ge with soup, gives the bells a bad smell Ge. These inconveniences are avoided in the present invention.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment, namely: FIG. 1 shows the steam cooker assembled from parts of the equipment set with the bells in section, FIG. 2 'is a top view, FIG. 3 shows the baking device assembled from parts of the equipment set, and FIG a top view of the oven hood.
According to Fig. 1, 1 is a sieve base at the bottom of the water basin 2. 3a, 3b, 3 are cooking pots, each of which has a lid 4 with an overhanging frame 4 'to return the condensation water to the basin and with angled feet 4 ". These little feet keep the pots at a mutual distance so that the steam can work under and over each pot. In addition, these angular feet prevent the pots from sliding off when handling.
5 is the inner bell, the lower edge of which is immersed in the water of the water bath. This bell has a known flap valve 6 on the head. The insulating bell 7 is attached to the head of the inner bell by means of overlapping tabs 8, 9 that engage in cutouts 10 in the outer bell, so it can be removed for possible cleaning . This bell carries the handle 7 '.
The insulating bell is bulged outwards at its lower edge, which is located above the water bell, so that the heating air rising at the water basin 2 can be captured by the lower edge of the insulating bell and the heat from the heating air can be transferred to the inner bell. When the heat source is set to a low level, the air space between the two bells serves as insulation against radiation from the inner bell.
In Figs. 3 and 4, the baking device put together is shown. The grate 1 is placed directly above the heat source, and some pot lid 4 is placed over this, on which the shape for the pastry finds space. Over this an oven hood 11 is placed, which carries a cross plate 12 as a handle, which at the same time serves as a support for another shape, for. B. for runs and the like, can serve. The insulating bell and the inner bell are now placed over the whole. The triple shell around the baking pan enables quick baking with less heating.
The grid and the pot lid prevent the baked goods from overheating and allow them to be baked and browned evenly.
In the case of the steam cooker and the baking device described, a significantly higher utilization of the heat sources and thus substantial savings are achieved compared with the known devices. Furthermore, any Licher odor is avoided when cooking due to the open space between the inner bell and the insulating bell.
