Wandhaken.
Wall hook. The invention relates to a andhaken @Z, for hanging objects of any kind.
Wall hooks have become known several times, but these known Ge designs are made by bending sheet metal.
In these known wall hooks made from sheet metal, the guides for the fastening nails are either made by bending the sheet metal, or specially riveted bushings are arranged, which has the disadvantage that these guides can easily be hit by missiles when a Break off the fastening nails, and also that this arrangement cannot cope with greater loads.
There. the known wall hooks are made of sheet metal, it is necessary that the cross section of the hook profile is only dimensioned according to the sheet thickness,
so that the higher stressed areas of the cross section of the hook cannot be reinforced and therefore easy turning. the arcuate part of this known hook is easily possible with greater loads.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the present invention, the essence of which is that the hook is gebil det from a portion of a profile rod which corresponds to the hook profile in cross section. With this training, the hook can be made from a corresponding profile rod by successive work processes on a single machine, so that special reworking on other machines is excluded.
For the purpose of this, the hook has a massive head strip which reinforces the bearing point and in which the guide is provided for fastening needles which are arranged at an angle to the wall. The head strip can be formed by a strip-shaped thickening on the upper part of the hook body. The invention is shown in several embodiments in the drawing
organized.
Fig. 1 shows a wall hook for the use of an oblique to the wall angeord Neten steel needle in side elevation; Fig. 2 shows this wall hook in elevation; Fig. 3 shows a wall hook for two fastening nails and Figure 4 such for three fastening nails; Fig. 5 shows a wall hook in the side crack, with perpendicular to the wall Füh tion of the fasteners.
The wall hook according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is gebil det from a portion of a profile rod, which speaks .dem hook profile ent in cross section. He has .eine back plate a, one from the lower end: the same hanging finger b and at the upper end of the back plate a. a massive head strip e reinforcing the bearing point and in which an inclined guide hole d is provided for a steel fastening needle.
Fig. 3 and 4 illustrate similar wall hooks, only there are two respectively in the head strip c '. three inclined guide holes d for a corresponding number of fastening needles provided.
In Fig. 5, the guide hole d 'for .the fastening needle in 4 he pot strip c is arranged perpendicular to the back plate d.
The manufacturing process of such wall beacons can take place, for example, as follows: A profile rod, which corresponds in cross section to the hook profile (Fig. 1 and 5), is inserted into a suitable processing machine. In this machine, the material that is located under half of the head bar between the hooks to be formed is first punched out, so that the whole thing only hangs together on the pot bar.
Thereafter, in the same machine, the attachment finger b is produced on the profile bar by milling, with the appropriate inclined or straight holes for carrying out the fastening needles being drilled into the massive pot ledge in the same machine, specifically for the individual work processes distributed.
Then the upper edge of the hanging finger to. b cut into a rounded shape and then the individual hooks are separated in the desired width by means of saws from the part of the profile bar that only needs to be formed to form the head strips.
As can be seen from the drawing, the attachment finger b is at the root e, where it is related to the back plate, ver strengthened, so. that it is usable for greater loads than .at the wall hooks made of sheet metal and a bending attachment finger b is excluded, as occurs with the hooks made of sheet metal without further ado.
Yet another way to increase the load is: that the back plate a. is extended downwards over the attachment point e of the attachment finger b and thus forms a good support against the wall. Here the back plate a can be provided with a gripping claw or prong f.
The attachment finger b is designed narrower than the back plate, so that the wide back plate offers a good contact surface on the wall and, furthermore, a good decorative effect of the wall hook is achieved through this design.
Due to the fact that the guide holes for the fastening needles are arranged in the solidly designed head strip c, breaking or bending of these guides, such as two known wall hooks made from sheet metal, is excluded. This massive storage of the fastening needles, especially with inclined fastening needles, requires good guidance of the same ben, whereby a very high load capacity is given.
By the prong or gripping claw f twisting is to be avoided, especially in those wall hooks that are only provided with a guide hole for the fastening needle.
The wall hooks described have ge compared to the known the advantages of a simple and cheap method of manufacture, since they can be made from profile rods that correspond to the cross section of the hook on a single i4Za machine, and even for the largest common loads are usable and still have a very good decorative effect.
