Description
Elektrischer Warmwasserspeicher, bei dem die Füllung eines innerhalb des Speicher behälters vorgesehenen, die Heizanordnung aufnehmenden, offenen Blechzylinders in Abhängigkeit von einem thermisch gesteuerten Ventil der ]Kaltwasserzuführung erfolgt. Es sind bereits elektrische Warmwasser speicher bekannt, bei denen die Füllung eines innerhalb des Speicherbehälters vorgese henen, die Heizanordnung aufnehmenden offenen Blechzylinders in Abhängigkeit von einem thermisch gesteuerten Ventil .der Kalt wasserzuführung erfolgt. Derartige Warm wasserspeicher sind, da hierfür normale lange Heizpatronen verwendet werden und deshalb der Blechzylinder in seiner Höhe mehr als die Hälfte der Höhe des Speicher bebälters einnimmt bezüglich der Tempera turverteilung als ungünstig zu bezeichnen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft nun eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausbildung eines elektrischen Warmwasserspeichers der vor stehend erwähnten Art. Gemäss der Erfin dung besitzt der Warmwasserspeicher einen Blechzylinder, der im Vergleich zur Höhe des Speicherbehälters eine niedrige Bauhöhe besitzt, innerhalb dessen die Heizanordnung vorgesehen ist. Als besonders günstig hat sich hierfür ein ringförmiger Heizwiderstand erwiesen. Es sind natürlich auch noch an dere Formen von Heizwiderständen denkbar.
Ein solcher Warmwasserspeicher hat nun den Vorteil einer äusserst gleichmässigen Tem peraturverteilung und damit die Erzielung eines hohen Wirkungsgrades.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel der Erfindung zur Darstellung ge bracht.
An einer Platte 1 des Speicherbehälters 2 sind ein ringförmiger Heizwiderstand 3, ein Thermostatschalter 4, ein das Einlassven- til 5 steuernder Expansionsregler 6 und ein Blechzylinder 7 befestigt, so dass diese Teile eine leicht entfernbare Geräteeinheit bilden. Der ringförmige Heizwiderstand 3 wird in einen Blechring 8 eingesetzt, der eine Berüh rung des Wassers mit der Heizspirale ver hindert.
Wie aus der Zeichnung hervorgeht,. nimmt die Bauhöhe des Blechzylinders 7 etwa den dritten Teil .der Höhe des Speicher innern ein. Es ist natürlich durch besondere Bemessung des Expansionsreglers und des Thermostatschalters ohne weiteres möglich, die Bauhöhe des Blechzylinders noch niedri ger zu halten.
Das Einlassventil 5 steht einerseits mit- telst eines Rohres 9 mit einem Schwimmer gefäss 10 und anderseits mittelst eines Roh res 11 mit .dem Blechzylinder 7 in Verbin dung. Das noch mittelst eines Überlaufroh- res 12 mit dem Warmwasserbehälter 2 ver bundene. Schwimmergefäss 10 enthält einen das Hauptventil 14 steuernden Schwim mer 15.

Such hot water storage tanks are, as normal long heating cartridges are used and therefore the height of the sheet metal cylinder occupies more than half the height of the storage tank with regard to the tempera ture distribution to be described as unfavorable.
The present invention relates to a particularly advantageous embodiment of an electric hot water tank of the type mentioned before. According to the inven tion, the hot water tank has a sheet metal cylinder which has a low height compared to the height of the storage tank, within which the heating arrangement is provided. An annular heating resistor has proven to be particularly favorable for this. Of course, other forms of heating resistor are also conceivable.
Such a hot water tank now has the advantage of an extremely even temperature distribution and thus the achievement of a high degree of efficiency.

An annular heating resistor 3, a thermostat switch 4, an expansion regulator 6 controlling the inlet valve 5 and a sheet metal cylinder 7 are attached to a plate 1 of the storage container 2 so that these parts form an easily removable unit. The annular heating resistor 3 is inserted into a sheet metal ring 8, which prevents a touch tion of the water with the heating coil ver.
As can be seen from the drawing. the height of the sheet metal cylinder 7 takes about the third part .der height of the memory inside. It is, of course, easily possible through special dimensioning of the expansion regulator and the thermostat switch to keep the overall height of the sheet metal cylinder still niedri ger.
The inlet valve 5 is connected on the one hand by means of a pipe 9 to a float vessel 10 and on the other hand by means of a pipe 11 to the sheet metal cylinder 7. That is still connected to the hot water tank 2 by means of an overflow pipe 12. The float vessel 10 contains a float 15 controlling the main valve 14.
