Monitoring device for a plurality of adjustable organs. Monitoring devices for a plurality of adjustable organs are known, in which each adjustable organ is assigned a signal which responds to changes in the organ's stem. So that the signals are not overlooked by the waiting staff, the arrangement is such that the signals remain energized until they are manually returned to the rule position.
If there is only a large number of organs to be monitored, a special cancel button is usually assigned to each signal. If, however, there is a very large number of organs to be monitored to t3, it is advisable to provide a common cancel button for all signals.
With this device, there is a risk that the attendant actuates the common cancel button while the changes in position of adjustable organs are being transmitted to the assigned signaling device and, as a result, a further signal excited during the shutdown of a signal is also turned off without the latter being heeded by the guard.
In order to avoid the disadvantage mentioned, blocking means are provided according to the invention, which prevent the signals of the influence from being accessible on the one hand from the adjustable organs and on the other hand via the common cancel button with practically simultaneous effect. Advantageously, one assigns the Sperrmit stuff to a timepiece that forces a certain minimum time interval between the activation of the signals caused by the adjustable organs and the shutdown of the signals using the common cancel button.
This has the advantage that after a transmission has ended, the guard inevitably has a considerable amount of time to observe the excited signals before he is even able to return the signals to the rest position. In the drawing, two execution examples of the device according to the inven tion are shown. To simplify the illustration, the device is only drawn for two adjustable organs. The setup for a larger number of adjustable organs results from this automatically.
The adjustable organs 1 and 2 of Fig. 1 are each assigned two pairs of contacts, which are connected via lines 3 respectively 4 the I [on- contacts 5 and 6 of the contact disk 7 each according to the organs 1 and 2 Connect the position of organs 1 and 2 to the positive or negative pole of the power source 8 .
The contact disk 7 corresponds to a contact disk 9 in the monitoring device. Both contact disks are each provided with a contact arm 10 or a contact disk in a known manner. 11 , which synchronously perform a rotation of 180 ' every time the device is operated and thereby make contact with the individual contacts of their contact disc. The contacts 5 and 6 of the contact disk 7 correspond to the contacts 12 and 13 of the contact disk 9. The contact arm 10 is connected via the line 14 to one terminal of the polarized relay 15 , the other terminal of which via the line 16 </ B > connected to the zero point of the power source 8 .
The armature 15a of the polarized relay 15 is connected at one end to the contact arm 11 and plays with its other end between the contacts 17 and < B> 1.8, di ## with the plus or. The negative pole of the power source 19 are conductively connected.
Two lamps 20 and 21 are assigned to the adjustable organ 1 , of which each either one or the other depending on the position of the organ 1 is switched on. The switching of the lamps in accordance with the switching of the monitored organs is carried out by the toggle relay 22. The weighing terminals of this relay are connected to the contact 12 of the contact disc 9, with their terminals. on the other hand to the minus resp. Positive pole of power source 19 connected.
The armature 22a of the flip-flop relay 22 closes a circuit which, in the rest position of the device, from the negative pole of the power source 19 via the line 23 and each after the position of the armature 22a via the lamp 20 and the normally closed contact 24a of the relay 24 or via the lamp 21 and the normally closed contact 9-4b of the relay 24 to the positive pole of the power source 19 . The toggle relay 22 also has a through contact 22b of a known type, which is briefly closed with each relocation of the relay armature and thus a circuit from the negative pole of the power source 19 via the line < B> 23,
the through contact 22b, the winding of the relay 24 and the line 25 back to the power source 19 . The common cancel button 26. is in the line 25 . When the relay 24 is energized via the through contact 22b , it holds its self-holding contact and opens contacts 24a and 24b, while contacts 240 and 241 close. These contacts are connected to the positive pole of the power source 19 via the line 27 and the breaker contact 28 .
The interrupter contact 28 is alternately opened and closed by means of a revolving cam disk 29 . Instead of an interrupter contact operated by a revolving cam disk, one could of course also use it Provide relay interrupters or the like.
In the same way as the adjustable organ 1, , two lamps 30 and 31 are also assigned to the adjustable organ, the switching of which takes place via the toggle relay 32 , which is connected to the contact 13 of the contact disc 9 . The mode of operation and switching of lamps 30 and 31 is otherwise the same as that of lamps 20 and 21. Relay 24 here corresponds to relay 33. < / B>
When the contact arms 10 and 11 are set in rotation, the toggle relays 22 and 32 are each depending on the position of the organs 1 and 2- briefly excited by one or the other winding. If the position of the relays does not correspond to the positions of the associated organs 1 and 2, the relay armatures 22a and 22a respectively. 32a put around. It is assumed that as a result of a change in the position of the organ 1 , the armature 2L) a is turned over. This has the consequence that the lamp 20 is switched off and the lamp 21 is switched on.
At the same time, however, when the armature 22a is turned over via the through contact 29 # b, the relay 24 is energized, which holds its self-holding contact and opens the contact 24b and closes the contact 24d. When the contact 24d closes, the lamp 21 is connected to the line 27 and consequently initially emits flickering light as a signal that the changeover has taken place.
If the flickering of the lamp 2, 1 is to be interrupted and the lamp switched to steady light, the contact 24b would have to be closed and for this purpose the self-holding circuit of the relay 24 would have to be interrupted by actuating the cancel button 26 .
So that this interruption cannot take place while the contact arms 10 and 11 are rotating, that is, a transmission is taking place, the following locking device is present: On the contact disk 9 a contact track 34 is attached, the two contact pieces 35 and 35 and 35 attached to the contact arm 11 and isolated from the arm 11 B> 36 7 days. As soon as the arm 11 is moved out of the zero position, the contact piece 35 or 36 makes contact with the contact track 34 and closes the excitation circuit for the Actuating coil 37 of a timing relay.
The time relay can, for example, have a disk 38 with teeth on the circumference, with which a toothed rack is in engagement, which is displaced when the relay coil 37 is energized, and thereby the disk > 38 rotates against the action of the spring 38a. As soon as the disc 38 is rotated as a result of the excitation of the relay coil 37 , the contact 39 closes in a parallel to the shutdown list 2.6 lying line 40 lies.
The mode of operation of the blocking device, zn, is folo-en; de: While the contact arm 11 t 'rotates, i.e. the position changes of the adjustable organs are transferred to the signals, the relay coil is 37 via the contact pieces 35 or 36 and the contact track 34.
As a result, the disk 38 rotates and closes the contact 39 at the start of its rotation. As long as the contact arm 11 has not returned to the rest position is, the relay coil 37 remains energized and consequently the line 40 is closed. When the line 40 is closed, an actuation of the key 26 cannot interrupt the line 25 and consequently also cannot switch off the signals.
If the contact arm 11 is returned to the rest position, i.e. the transmission of the position changes of the signaling devices is ended, the excitation circuit of the relay coil 37 is interrupted, the disk 38 returns under Wirkuiio, the spring 38a in the rest position and interrupts the line 40 by opening the contact 39 . Only then does the button 26 be actuated an [interruption of line 25 . That one of the relays 24 and 33 that it was excited before drops out and closes its break contacts, whereby the flickering lamps are switched to calm light.
Because the relay 37, 38, 39 is a time relay, there is the advantage that after the transmission has ended, the contact 39 is kept closed for a certain period of time, and thus the Is maintained by bridging the cancel button 26 .
In the above description of the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 7, it is assumed that the cancel button 26 automatically goes into the rest position as soon as it is released returns. However, the embodiment according to FIG. 1 can also be changed in this way. that the cancel button 26 is assigned a lock that keeps the button in the depressed state.
In this case, pressing the cancel button simultaneously with the transfer of the position changes does not result in the signals being switched off for the duration of the transfer. However, since the key remains in the working position after the transmission has ended, the previous activation of the key leads to the signal being switched off, namely as soon as the disk 38 makes contact 39 </ B > interrupts.
At the same time, the return of the cancel button to the starting position can also be derived from the return movement of the disc 38 into the rest position.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the circuit of the signal device is the same as in the exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 1. Only the blocking element has a different design. The cancel button 26 is not used directly to switch off the relay 24 or. 33 Instead, when it is actuated, a relay 40 is switched on.
As soon as the relay 40 is briefly energized by pressing the button 26 2D , it holds itself via a self-holding contact 40a and at the same time opens its break contacts 40b and 40e, via which the to the Contacts 17 and 18 leading lines are guided. Further on, the relay 40 closes a contact 40d which is located in the excitation circuit of the actuating coil 41 of a timing relay 41, 42. This timing relay can be of the same design as that of the device according to Fig. 1, .
However, instead of a normally open contact, a normally closed contact 42 is connected to the relay 41, 42. The self-holding circuit of the relay 40 is once routed via the contact 42, and the] contact 42 is also in the line 25. The mode of operation of the device is as follows: If the cancel button 26 </ B > actuated, the relay 40 is excited and held by its self-holding contact 40a and switches the timing relay 41, 42 on.
At the same time who opened the contacts 40b and 40c and thereby the transmission of changes in position to the signaling device is interrupted or prevented. After energization of the relay coil 41, the disk of the relay begins to rotate and opens the contact 42 after a certain time. The opening of the contact 42 causes the relays 24 and 33 to go so far they were excited, fall off and thereby switch the lamps, which previously gave flickering light, to calm light. Furthermore, the hold circuit of the relay 40 is interrupted by the opening of the contact 42. The relay 40 then drops out and opens the excitation circuit of the relay coil 41.
Furthermore, the contacts 40b and 40e are closed again. The contacts 17 and 18 are now connected to the power source 19 , so that changes in position of the adjustable organs can be transmitted to the signal device can take place again.
From the manner described above, it follows that the timing relay 41, 42 causes a minimum time interval between the switching on and the switching off of the signals, This minimum time interval corresponds to the expiry time of the relay, since, if in the worst case immediately before pressing the cancel button 26 a signal has still been switched on, it is only switched off when the time relay 41, 42 which starts up when the cancel button 26 is actuated opens its contact 42.
The locking device shown in Fig. 1 can only be used if the contact arm 11 has been whole zen or half a revolution stops in the 'zero position and only rotates again after it has been triggered again. The locking device according to Fig. 2, however, can also be used when the contact arms 10 and 11 are constantly rotating.
In addition to the exemplary embodiments presented, a mechanical lock could be provided for the cancel button, which in each case only allows the cancel button to be actuated after the end or interruption of the transmission.
Instead of the cancel button respectively. to put the switch connected to it directly into the line 9-5 , you could also put the normally closed contact of a relay in line 25 and lead its excitation circuit via the switch of the cancel button, which is therefore in the idle state The storage basket must be open. In this case, the locking means can be in series with the switch of the shut-off button in the exciter circuit of the relay. The switch is activated during the transfer of the position of the adjustable Or- Z,
gane on the signaling device is kept open at all times.
