Description

  

      Abselilussvorriehtung    an     1'ersandflaselien    für     Flüssigkeiten.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine weitere     Ausbildung    der im Hauptpatent  beschriebenen     Abschlussvorrichtung    an Ver  sandflaschen für Flüssigkeiten. Die Erfindung  betrifft eine besondere Einrichtung, mittelst  welcher eine     Ausgusseinrichtung    mit der Blech  scheibe verbunden werden kann. Gemäss der  Erfindung besitzt die Blechscheibe ein zen  trales kreisrundes Loch, welches an einer  Stelle eine Ausweitung besitzt, zum Zwecke,  eine     Ausgusseinrichtung    in das Loch der  Blechscheibe einschrauben zu können.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des schematisch dargestellt:       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Teil der Flasche mit  einer     Ausgusseinrichtung    im Schnitt,       Fig.    2 zeigt die Blechscheibe in Ansicht.  Die Flasche 1 ist oben durch eine dünne  Scheibe 2 aus Metall, Zelluloid, Papier,  Gummi     etc.    abgeschlossen, die auf einem  Dichtungsring 3 liegt und die durch eine  Blechscheibe 4 am Flaschenhals befestigt ist.  Die Scheibe 4 weist ein zentrales kreisrun-    des Loch 5 auf, welches an einer Stelle eine  Ausweitung 6 besitzt.  



  Zum Entleeren der Flasche kann nun in  dieses Loch 5 ein Gewindestutzen 7 einer  mit einem Ventil versehenen     Ausgusseinrich-          tung    8 eingeschraubt werden. Zum Abdichten  ist auf dem Stutzen 7 ein Ring 9' aus wei  chem Abdichtungsmaterial angeordnet. Das  Loch 5 und der Stutzen 7 sind so bemessen,  dass letzterer in das Loch 5 eingeschraubt  werden kann. Die Ausweitung 6 erleichtert  das Anfassen des Gewindes und das Eintre  ten der Scheibe 4 in die Gewindegänge des  Stutzens 7.  



  Die     Ausgusseinrichtung    8 besitzt ausser  dem Ventil 9 eine an der Ventilspindel an  geordnete Verjüngung 10, mittelst welcher  die Membrane 2 durchbrochen und dadurch  ein Weg zum Ausgiessen der Flüssigkeit  geschaffen werden kann. Die Spindel 11 des       Ventiles    9 ist durchbohrt; sie besitzt oben  einen     Handgriff    12, mittelst welchem das  Ventil entgegen der Wirkung einer Feder 13  vom Sitz abgehoben werden     kann.    Oberhalb      des Ausgusses 14 ist ein Luftloch 15 vorge  sehen, das mit der Bohrung 16 der Ventil  spindel dann in Verbindung kommt, wenn  das Ventil abgehoben wird.

   Durch die Boh  rung<B>15,</B> 16 kann beim Entleeren der Flasche  Luft in diese     eintreten.    Diese     Entleereinrich-          tung        lässt    sich leicht an Flaschen, welche  mit der beschriebenen     Abschlussvorrichtung     versehen sind anbringen und wieder entfer  nen.

The invention relates to a special device by means of which a pouring device can be connected to the sheet metal disk. According to the invention, the sheet metal disc has a zen tral circular hole which has an expansion at one point, for the purpose of being able to screw a pouring device into the hole in the sheet metal disc.



  In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically: FIG. 1 shows part of the bottle with a pouring device in section, FIG. 2 shows the sheet metal disc in view. The bottle 1 is closed at the top by a thin disc 2 made of metal, celluloid, paper, rubber, etc., which lies on a sealing ring 3 and which is attached to the neck of the bottle by a sheet metal disc 4. The disk 4 has a central circular hole 5 which has an expansion 6 at one point.



  To empty the bottle, a threaded connector 7 of a pouring device 8 provided with a valve can now be screwed into this hole 5. For sealing, a ring 9 'made of white sealing material is arranged on the connecting piece 7. The hole 5 and the nozzle 7 are dimensioned so that the latter can be screwed into the hole 5. The widening 6 makes it easier to grasp the thread and the entry of the disk 4 into the threads of the connecting piece 7.



  In addition to the valve 9, the pouring device 8 has a tapering 10 arranged on the valve spindle, by means of which the membrane 2 can be broken through and a path for pouring out the liquid can be created. The spindle 11 of the valve 9 is pierced; it has a handle 12 at the top, by means of which the valve can be lifted from the seat against the action of a spring 13. Above the spout 14 an air hole 15 is easily seen, the spindle then comes into connection with the bore 16 of the valve when the valve is lifted.

   When the bottle is emptied, air can enter through the bore <B> 15, </B> 16. This emptying device can easily be attached to bottles that are provided with the described closing device and removed again.

PATENT CLAIM: Closing device on shipping bottles for liquids; in particular for mineral water, according to the claim of the main patent, characterized in that the sheet metal disc has a central, circular hole which has an expansion at one point, for the purpose of being able to screw a pouring device into this hole.
