Kippbarer Ofen.
Tiltable stove. The invention relates to an oven which can be tilted n ac h two opposite sides. For this purpose, two axes are directly attached to it, which rest in fork-shaped bearings, so that after locking one of the two axes, the furnace is either only in one direction for pouring through the pouring spout or in the other direction for processing the furnace contents can be tilted ge through a work opening. Such an oven with a tilting device makes work much easier.
In Figs. 1 to 3 an embodiment example of such a furnace is shown. Fig. 1 is a vertical section, Fig. 2 is a front view, and Fig. 3 illustrates the locking device for the axles by itself, Figs. 4 and 5 show another example of the locking device for the furnace axles.
The stove a of the oven has the shape of a crucible and is provided with a lid b which remains tightly closed during operation of the oven. The furnace is provided on one side with a spout from c; diametrically to this on the other side, a working opening d of a significantly larger cross section is provided, which is also designed in the manner of a discharge spout. Under each of the two openings, rotary axles for each furnace are arranged, namely grounded by pins e and f attached to the side.
The furnace can be rotated around one of these axes, which are stored in fixed bearings y and 1i ge.
For this purpose, pull chains i are attached on both sides to its bottom part, which are guided over rollers r and bring the furnace, depending on whether it is rotatable about the pin e or f, into the dot-dash position in which the pouring takes place, or into the punk tated position that is used for deslagging the furnace contents.
In order to be able to rotate the furnace only around one or the other of the two axes, the locking device shown in Fig. 3 is used, which should be thought of as being mounted on both sides of the furnace. The two axle bearings g and h are fork-shaped and open at the top so that the pivot pins e and f can be inserted into them. Store on the axle forks k and m are rotatably fastened, which are connected to each other by a rod n. This rod is, for example, connected by a slot coupling o to a lever p which is loaded by a weight q in such a way that it remains in its symmetrical end positions to one another.
Depending on whether the lever p is in one or the other position, the pegs e or f are locked and when the furnace is raised by means of the chains i, it is rotated via the spout c or via the opening d.
According to the device according to Figs. 4 and 5, a common axis y and s is provided for the two bearing points of the cooker a . These are rotatably arranged in fork-shaped bearings h and g of the furnace frame and provided with wedged double levers t, the lower arm u, c of which the bearing can grasp behind io, x . The upper lever parts t are connected by a linkage na which is coupled to a weight lever p, q . Depending on the position of this weight lever, one or the other of the two axes y or s is locked.
Compared to the first embodiment of the locking device, this has the advantage that only a single lever p is used to control it.
