Gleichzeitig en tritt Luft durell die geöffnete Druckluft- leitung 3 in den Vorratsbehälter1 ein -und drückt das Abfüllgont durch. das Stefiggrohr 11 unter den Kolben15. Wird der Hahn 4 um eine Viertelsdrehung verdreht in die strichpunktierte Lage (Abb. 1) des Griffes 5, zum Beispiel von StellungA nach B, so kommt das Zwischenrohr 12 mit dem Schlauch13 in Verbindung, das Rohr3 dagegen mit dem Rohrstück9;
Method and apparatus for dispensing goods to be filled. The invention aims at a method for the delivery of filling goods, such as liquid or partially liquid oils, fats, etc., in which method the filling goods from a storage container to a measuring container and from this with the aid of a piston to the outlet Bottling line is promoted.
Up until now, the filling line, which is often longer, has been exposed to dust in the shape of a tube, emptied after each delivery and exposed to dust after each delivery. The residues dry out, become contaminated and keep more and more of the sticky product, for example; the customer does not receive a certain amount of product. Letting the line run out completely is associated with a loss of time with zäliflüss-igein sticky goods.
According to the present invention, these disadvantages of known filling methods are now eliminated in that the line between the measuring container with piston and the outlet point of the filling line always remains filled with filling material. The piston located in the measuring container forcibly presses the entire column of product, which is connected to each other, after it exits.
and the amount of product being filled out corresponds exactly to the path of the piston in the measuring container. When the filling good is dispensed, there is not only no loss of time, but also no loss of material, and since the amount escaping always corresponds exactly to the piston stroke volume, the device is calibratable to carry out this process.
To carry out the method, a supply line is advantageously used in which at the end of the filling line, which can be formed as an easily movable hose line, a discharge organ is built.
Between the piston of the measuring bp, I container and this closing element, the feed line leading from the storage container (tank ete.) Is connected by means of a three-way cock, so that the filling material can be pressed under the piston of the Ivless container without the filling line under pressure at the same time would have to be set. By moving the tap, the.
The filling line can easily be connected to the measuring container.
The closing element is expediently opened and closed automatically by the pressure acting on the filling material when the piston is moved in the measuring container. The opening and closing of the closing element expediently coincides with the beginning and end of the piston movement, so that errors in the filling quantity can also be caused by a time delay and the closing of the filling line cannot occur.
This prevents even partial emptying of the filling line and thus ensures a very precise metering of the amount of liquid that emerges. In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an example form; it shows:
Fig. 1 a view of the apparatus, partially cut, Fig. 2 the double three-way lanyard from the side, Fig. 3 the outlet valve in section., Fig. 4 the same in top view, and Fig. 5 a view of a piston locking key.
1 is a storage container which is filled with the filling material 2, for example with ilüs. greasy or viscous products such as oil, fat, honey. A compressed air line 3 opens into the same. The cock 4 is built into the compressed air guide ling 3 , the plug of which is provided with a handle 5 B> 6 two adjacent, right-angled channels 7 and 8 up es t.
The conduit pipe 9 which leads into the upper part of the measuring cylinder 11) opens into the tap 4, furthermore a riser pipe 11 that leads away via tap 4 through the intermediate pipe 12 is connected to the lower part of the measuring cylinder 10 . The outflow line, for example a hose 13, is connected to the tap 4.
In the measuring cylinder 10 a piston 15 provided with the rod 14 is stored; the piston rod 14 is guided tightly through the container lid 16 and protrudes into it Tubular stub attached to the measuring cylinder 10 17. The latter has offset holes 18. In each two holes arranged at certain distances from one another and one above the other The stop bolt 19 is detachably seated in the 18 , by means of which the upward movement of the piston rod 14 is limited.
The higher resp. The lower the stop piston 19 , the larger or the greater. The path of the piston 15 and thus the filling volume is smaller.
In the tap position shown in Fig. 1, the riser pipe 11 is connected to the intermediate pipe 12 and the filling material is transferred from the tank reservoir into the measuring cylinder 10 from below / B> enter.
At the same time en air flows through the opened compressed air line 3 into the storage container 1 - and pushes the filling gont through. the Stefig tube 11 under the piston 15. If the cock 4 is turned a quarter turn into the dot-dash position (Fig. 1) of the handle 5, for example from position A to B, the intermediate tube 12 comes into connection with the hose 13 , the tube 3 </ B > on the other hand with the pipe section 9;
In this way, compressed air is fed via the piston 15 into the measuring cylinder 10 and presses it downwards, and thereby the product in the cylinder out of the filling line.
An automatically operating valve 20 is attached to the end of the hose 13. The valve has a housing 21 which is closed by a cover 22. In the lower part of the housing 211, the sleeve-shaped connection piece 24, which is provided with an outlet opening 23 and has a smaller diameter, is inserted. The piston 2: 6, </ B, which is supported on the cover 22 and is partially sunk into the bore 21 30 , is displaceably mounted in the housing > which on the side facing away from the spring carries a rod 28 fitted with a valve ball 27 .
The connecting piece 9-9 to which the hose 13 is attached opens into the housing 2.1.
. The function of valve 20 is based on the differential effect between liquid pressure on piston 26, valve ball 27 and spring 25. </ B> As soon as the measuring cylinder piston 15 pushes the product to be filled through the hose 13 , there is an increase in the liquid pressure in space 35 the piston < B> 26 is pushed up.
As soon as the piston 15 in the measuring cylinder 10 comes to rest in its lower position, the pressure in the hose drops and the spring 25 can move the piston < Press B> 26 with the valve ball 27 against the outflow opening 23 and close the outflow. The valve 20 is opened when the piston 15 in the measuring cylinder 10 begins its movement to expel the liquid, and closes automatically when it has reached its rest position .
The outflow is suddenly interrupted, and since the valve seat and the outflow opening coincide, no dripping takes place. The hole 31 provided in the cover 22 prevents a compression of the air stored above the piston 26 . The opening is provided with a cross strap 32 through which a locking c 1 34 provided with a detent 33 is guided can be.
The valve ball is secured in its closed position by s 'locking the same, or when the detent 33 is offset to the cross strand 32 . As a result, in the event of greater external forces acting against the valve ball 27 , opening of the same is excluded.
The entire measuring and filling process is inevitably carried out by displacing a very specific amount of filling gout, which corresponds exactly to the stroke volume of the piston 15 in the Xiess cylinder.
t3 Instead of using compressed air, a pump, motor ete. be provided; Furthermore, a mechanical or electrical connection can be provided between piston 15 and shut-off valve 20, so that valve 20 always opens or closes when piston 15 > its emptying movement begins or ends.
