Motor truck with crane. The subject matter of the present invention is a truck with a crane, in which a drive mechanism for lifting the load and a movement mechanism for moving the load back and forth are provided on a boom of the crane. These mechanisms are operated by the truck's engine transmission. A support is now provided for the trolley to prevent the trolley from tipping over when the load is lifted. The drive mechanism for lifting the load and the movement mechanism which causes the load to move back and forth are driven by one and the same shaft which is actuated by the motor transmission, but one on an axis which actuates the drive and movement mechanism , attachable hand crank is provided to enable these mechanisms to be driven by hand.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the following drawings, namely: FIG. 1 a plan view of part of the crane dome with cantilever arm, FIG. 2 a side view of the truck with crane, Section through parts of the crane dome, Fig. 5 and 6 sections through drive parts of a cat of the extension arm, Fig. 7 is a section through an upper shell of the crane dome.
In the example shown, the movable or immovable bridge 2 and the chauffeur's cab 1 are provided on the truck. The crane is seen above the latter, but it can also be attached elsewhere. From the change and reversing gear 3, the bevel gear 4, 5 is driven by a countershaft, not shown. The axle on which the wheel 4 is fastened is led outside the carriage and has a removable hand crank to enable this axle to be driven by hand. Through the bevel gear 4, 5, the worm gear 6, 7 actuated, which drives the drum axis 95. On the drum axis 95 two drums sit loosely 10 and the bevel gear 9, which drives the bevel gear 8 and the axis 96.
Above half of the chauffeur's cabin, the axis 96 is stored in the bearing 86 and carries at the upper end the axially displaceable, but non-rotatable wheel 35 on the axis 96, which can be brought into engagement with both tooth brackets 32 and 33. Above the toothed wheel 35 an axis 101 (Fig. 3) is fixedly mounted in the bearing 85, on which the axis of the wheel 34 is axially displaceable and rotatable. This wheel 34 is in permanent engagement with toothed wheel 36 and can be brought into engagement with toothed wheel 32 by displacement. The gear 36 is wedged ver on the fork axis 64, which is mounted in the bearings 87, 88.
The fork axis 64 with fork 65 (Fig. 5), fork 91, which is wedged with the chain wheel 44, coulisse stone 66 and bolt 67 form parts of a joint coupling whose kink point is in the extension of the axis of rotation 21 of the lifting beam 24. The sprocket 44, which is attached to the lifting beam 24 by means of the bearing 97, is driven by the toothed wheel 36. The sprocket 45 is provided on the lifting beam 24. The chain 98, whose free ends 40, 41 are attached to the trolley 37, is placed on the chain wheels 44, 45. The trolley 37 itself is guided back and forth on the lifting beam 24 by the chain 98, the rollers 38, 39 assisting a slight movement. The trolley carries the pairs of sheaves 18, 16 over which two load ropes 11 run.
On the lifting beam 24, the rope disk pair 15 is also mounted, as a guide for the load ropes 11. The .beiden load side 11 ge long each from one of the cable drums 10, over the pairs of guide rollers 12, 13, 14, 15 on the right respectively. left side of the Hebebal kens 24, the pulley pair 16, the load disk pair 17, after pulley pair 18. The end of the ropes is attached to the lifting beam 24 at point 20. The lifting beam 24 carries at the outer end a fork 28 for receiving the adjustable length supports 29, 30. This support is intended to support the lifting beam 24 when lifting heavy loads, and thereby prevent the car from tipping over. The gear 31 is still attached to the axis 99 of the crane tower.
The axle 99 is in the bearings 81, 82 Gela Gert and carries at the upper end the worm 68, which drives the worm wheel 69, which is wedged with the cable drum 90 on the axle 100. The cable 42, one end of which is fastened to the lifting beam 24 at point 43, is wound onto the cable drum 90. The crane dome consists of the shell 50 to which four struts 83, 49, 84, 48 are attached. Below the four struts just mentioned are riveted or screwed to the gear 33. The gear 33 is firmly connected to the crane dome. Above are over the shell 50, as can be seen from FIG. the carrier 22, 23 placed, which wear flaps 80 and 92 on the abo gene parts, in which the pivot pin 21 for the lifting beam 24 is attached. The carriers 22, 23 are extended to the left according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and are equipped with a pulling element 51.
This pulling element is used to attach a balance when lifting heavy loads. The pulling element 51 can also be attached to the ground in a manner not shown in order to prevent the car from tipping over when lifting a heavy load. With this fastening, the crane only allows it to be swiveled through a small angle. To take on the crane domes two struts 46, 47 are provided over the chauffeur cabin, which are held together by the holder 54 above. The above-mentioned struts are firmly connected to the truck frame by means of suitable connections that are not drawn. The holder 54 forms the uppermost part of the bracing device, over which the crane dome is pushed.
The bowl 50 with the rotating disks 55, 56, 57 (FIG. 7) lies on the holder 54, with the disks 55, 56, 57 taking up the weight of the dome. So that now @the shell 50 rotates around the holder 54 during the rotation of the crane dome, four guide rollers 52 are attached to the Verstrebungsvorrich device, which receives the crane dome, which by means of the bearings 53, 93 on the struts that through the Holders 54 are held together, are brought to.
The bottom of the crane dome is well guided by the fact that the bearings 63 (Fig. 4) with the rollers 60 are provided on the fixed struts of the bracing device, which lie against the inner rim of the gear 33. The entire crane is designed to be easily detachable from the trolley in order to be used for other purposes.
While the gear 33 is firmly attached to the crane dome, the gear 32 is loosely around the crane dome. To guide the gear wheel 32, the horizontal rollers 58, which are attached by means of the bridge 61 to the struts 83, 84 of the crane dome, are provided. The wheel 32 is supported by the vertical rollers 59 which are mounted on the gear wheel 33 by means of the bridge 62.
The present crane is now operated in the following manner.
As soon as a load is to be raised from the ground, the cat 37 is first brought into a corresponding position on the lifting bar 24. For this purpose, whoever the two gears 34, 35 brought into connection with the gear 32, while the gear 36 with 34 always remains in connection. If the axle 96 receives its drive from the motor, the wheel 35 drives the wheel 32, which transmits its rotation to the wheels 34, 36. Through the gear 36, the sprocket 44 is driven ben, which, with each adjustment of the lifting beam, is carried along, every position of the lifting beam 24 adapts. As a result of the rotation of the chain wheel 44, the chain 98, the free ends of which are attached to the trolley 37, is now carried along. By moving the chain 96, the cat 37 is brought into the desired position.
The crane dome must then be turned so that the trolley 37 comes to rest over the load to be grasped. For this purpose, the wheels 34, 35 are disengaged from the gear 32 and the gear 35 is engaged in the gear 33. By now the gear 35 is set in rotation by the shaft 96 driven by the motor, the gear 33, which is firmly connected to the crane tower, is driven by the gear 35. In this way, the crane dome is turned with the lifting beam. Now that the cat is brought with the lifting beam over the load to be lifted, the pair of rollers 17 is lowered with hook 19 by the cable drums 10 being coupled to the shaft 95 by means of couplings not shown.
After the load has been grasped by the hook 19, the cable drums 10 are rotated in the opposite direction by driving the shaft 95 in the opposite direction and the load is raised. The load is then placed on bridge 2. If it is necessary that the lifting beam 24 is raised or lowered, the gear 31 is brought into engagement with gear 32, in which the gear 35 is engaged. By the gear 35 is set in rotation by the axis 96 driven by the motor, the gear 35 drives the gear 31 through the intermediary of the gear 32. The latter sets the worm 68 in rotation via the axis 99, which worm drives the drum 90 by means of the tendon wheel 69. Since the rope 42 is wound on the latter terem, the lifting bar 24 is raised or lowered by rotation of the drum 90.
