  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines     Küpenfar        bstoffes.       In dem Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren  zur Herstellung eines wertvollen     Külaerifa,rb-          stoffes    beschrieben, bei dem man das     5-          Aminobenzanthron    mit alkalischen Mitteln  behandelt.  



  Es wurde nun befunden, dass das     6-          :'#mindbenzanthron    bei der     Beha.adlung    mit       alkoholischem    Alkali in einen     wertvollen          Küpenfarbstoff    übergeht. Der neue Farb  stoff färbt Baumwolle aus     violettblauer        Küpe     in     brauvioletten    Tönen, die beim Chloren  nach     grünlich-    au umschlagen und     löst        @@ich     in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     grau-          grüner    Farbe.
