vorteilhaft mindestens einen Teil der Zündholzpackung darstellt. Zur Ausübung einer sicheren Zündeng i3t es vorteilhaft, wenn die Zündholzpacküng im Bereich der Reibfläche eine gewisse Steifig- keit aufweist. Ist das Material für die Rauch warenpackung a.n ,sich steif, wie zum Beispiel der Karton bei Zigarettenschachteln, so kann die Reibfläche direkt an diesem Karton vor gesehen werden;
Fig. 2 bis 5 zeigen verschiedene Ausfüh rungsformen der Zündholzpackung im senk rechten Schnitt; Fig. 6 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungs form in Seitenansicht;
Combined smoking material and wood pack. It has already been suggested that a combined smoking material and additional wood pack be obtained. that a finished pack of flat matches, for example with an adhesive, is firmly connected to the smoke material pack. This match pack enlarges the combined pack and increases the manufacturing price of the latter to an undesirable extent.
These disadvantages are caused by the combined smoking material and match pack with pull fuses. which can be drawn out of the pack while burning, according to the present invention, the fact that the flat pull fuses made of flexible material are arranged in a row next to one another are connected to the smoke material pack in such a way that an even pressure is exerted on all fuses , which ensures reliable ignition of all detonators on a friction surface located in the pack, whereby the material that forms the tobacco product pack,
advantageously represents at least part of the match pack. To ensure reliable ignition, it is advantageous if the match pack has a certain rigidity in the area of the friction surface. If the material for the smoke pack is a.n, stiff, such as the cardboard box for cigarette boxes, the friction surface can be seen directly on this cardboard box;
If a non-rigid material is used as the material for the tobacco product pack, the necessary rigidity can be achieved by using a rigid connecting means, for example a metal strip. can be achieved, which is provided for connecting the Zündhol7packung with the tobacco goods pack.
Embodiment of the subject matter of the invention are shown on the accompanying drawing, in which.
F'ig. 1 shows a side view of a match pack fastened to a pack of tobacco products.
Fig. 2 to 5 show various Ausfüh approximate forms of the match pack in a vertical right section; Fig. 6 shows a further embodiment in side view;
7 to 10 are vertical sections through variants of the embodiment according to FIG. 6, FIG. 11 shows a further embodiment in side view, and FIG. 12 shows, on a larger scale and vertical section, another embodiment of the invention.
In the embodiments of the combined pack according to FIGS. 1 to 5, 1 denotes the material of the R-also goods pack, and it is assumed that it is a stiff material, for example cardboard. The pull fuses 2 are arranged in a row next to one another, as can be seen in FIG. 1, and lie in a pack of which the material 1 forms a part. According to FIG. 2, the other part of the pack is formed by an auxiliary strip 3, the friction surface 4 being attached to the pack 1.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the auxiliary strip also carries a friction surface 4. In: the Ausfüh approximately examples according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the whole match pack is formed from the material of the tobacco product pack. by folding the latter in such a way that a pocket 5 to accommodate the 2% detonators is created.
The connection between the match pack and the smoking goods pack must be made in such a way that even pressure is exerted on all detonators. To produce this connection, metal clips 6 are provided according to FIGS. 1 to a, which are directed in the longitudinal direction of the detonator and whose length corresponds approximately to the width of the friction surface 4. The distance between each individual stick 6 depends on the pressure to be exerted and it is shown in FIG. 1 metal clips at different distances.
One, two, three or four detonators can be arranged between every two clips, the width of the detonators also of course being important. The clips 6 connect the auxiliary strip to the packing material 1, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, or they only connect the upper parts of the pocket 5 to one another, as in FIG. 4, or they connect these upper parts of the pocket 5 with the material 1 of the tobacco product pack (Fig. 5).
The clips or brackets 6 are formed from thin metal wire and attached to the pack by means of known Ma machines.
In the embodiments according to FIGS. 6 to 10 it is assumed that the material 1 'of the tobacco product pack is not a rigid cardboard, but rather a relatively thin material. like paper, is. In order to achieve the necessary rigidity in the area of the friction surface, a metal strip 7 is used instead of the clamps 6 according to the previously described embodiments to connect the matchstick pack with the tobacco product pallet.
Tabs 8 are punched out along the edges of this metal strip, which when bent over form the feet of clamps. The distance between the lobes from one another, like the distance in the earlier examples, depends on the uniform pressure to be achieved on the fuses located between each two adjacent lobes. The presentations according to FIGS. 7 to 10 correspond to those according to FIGS. 1 to 5 with the difference that the metal plate 7 with its tabs 8 is used instead of the clamps 6. is.
The exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 11 and 12 differs from that according to FIG. 6 in that holes 9 are punched in the metal strip 7 instead of the tabs 8. the upturned edges 10 of the holes being beaded in the manner of eyelets for connecting the pack for the detonators to the smoke product pack, as shown in FIG.
