Description
Armiertes Blochsteininaueriverk.
Es zeigt- Fig. 1 die Vorderansicht eines einzelnen, hoelikant (yestellten Bloeksteines. Fig. '-) die Draufsielit hierzu; Fig. 3 iind 4 zeigen Stirnansichten des Steines, während Fig. 5, 6 und7 Stirnansiehten bezw. per spektivische Vorderansiellten weiterer Steine sind;
Nachdem eine Schicht dieser Steine cre- setzt ist, zum Beispiel eine Flucht oder alle vier Mauern eines Gebäudes, werden die Hohlkehlen a. samt den Armierungsstäben b -und den Hali:en c mit Zementmörtel aus- gegossen, wobei neben Zeit- und Material ersparnis eine sehr widerstandsfähige Ver bindung erreicht wird; bei Beginn der zwei ten, dritten und jeder weiteren Schicht bis zur gewünschten Höhe der AfaLier wird also jeweilen vorerst ein Armierungsstab b durch die vorstehenden Schlaufen der Haken c ge stossen;
Armored Blochsteininaueriverk. The subject matter of the invention is an armored block masonry in which there are reinforcing irons which, as a result of the fillets located on the blocks, can be placed in a simple, fast, robust and permanent manner during construction.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment on both sides of the drawing.
It shows - Fig. 1 the front view of a single, hoelikant (set Bloeksteines. Fig. '-) the top view for this; FIGS. 3 and 4 show front views of the stone, while FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 show front views, respectively. there are more stones per perspective front view;
FIG. 8 illustrates, for example, the construction of the block stone masonry according to the invention.
The block 8 has on its sides of the cladding lengthways and upright, that is, grooves running around the stone, into which reinforcement irons are inserted when the stones are placed. be brought in, namely Stan en b in the horizontally lying and hooks c in the upright, that is, laterally attached coves.
At the beginning of a construction, a reinforcing rod b (Fig. 8) is inserted into the base of the masonry to be created, which in the middle of the reinforcement hook c is connected to an identical rod b </ B> is connected, which latter rod in the example is inserted at the level of the future cellar floor, and n LI at the point where the lower cavities of the first come.
Bloch stone is now placed next to block stone, with a hook c being inserted between two block stones, the lower loop of which encompasses the lower armor length b and the upper loop of which to the The inclusion of a future rod b in the upper groove is determined.
After a layer of these stones has been created, for example an escape or all four walls of a building, the fillets are a. including the reinforcing rods b and the halves c poured with cement mortar, whereby, in addition to saving time and material, a very robust connection is achieved; At the beginning of the second, third and each subsequent layer up to the desired height of the AfaLier, a reinforcing rod is first pushed through the protruding loops of the hooks c;
the corners of the wall are given strength by the loops of one rod engaging in ZD with those of the other.
With this Baua, 1, t, which is particularly suitable for factory buildings, warehouses, retaining walls, car garages, etc., it does not need any formwork, contrary to the otherwise usual type of concrete structure; External plastering is no longer necessary, as the stones are ready-to-use in the workshop.
As a result of the greater resistance, an aero wall dike : Z n C can be chosen, thus saving space. li, ine. even greater resistance; will have a wall made of blocks that have two (compare Fig. 7) or more instead of just one chamfer. The Blochsteine can be used to protect against cold or heat, as in Fizg. 6 can be seen to be provided with air ducts d .
The blocks can be made of concrete, cinder block, burnt clay or natural stones.
