Description

  

  Selbstkühlender Käfiganker für Induktionsmotoren.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein neu  artiger Käfiganker für Induktionsmotoren, der  mit Ventilationsflügeln versehen ist. Darnach  werden die Stäbe selbst, und zwar min  destens teilweise, über den Kurzschlussring  der betreffenden Läuferseite hinaus verlän  gert und abgeflacht,. so dass die verlänger  ten flachen Stabenden als Ventilationsflügel  wirken.  



  In welcher Weise die Erfindung beispiels  weise ausgeführt werden kann, ist aus der  Zeichnung ersichtlich. Der stabförmige Leiter  a ist kurz nach seinem Austritt aus dem  Läufereisen b an den innerhalb des     Stab-          käfiges    angeordneten Kurzschlussring c ange  lötet und über diesen hinaus verlängert. Der  verlängerte Teil d ist abgeplattet und bildet  dadurch einen Ventilatorflügel.  



  Für höhere Drehzahlen kann zur Auf  nahme der Fliehkraft vorne ein Tragring e,  eine Bandage f oder ein Schlussring g ange  bracht werden. Man kann die Stäbe beid  seitig oder nur einseitig verlängern oder auch    abwechselnd einen Stab nach links, den an  dern nach rechts verlängern.

UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Käfiganker nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlängerungen der Stäbe durch besondere Mittel gegen die Fliehkraftwirkung geschützt sind. 2. Käfiganker nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stäbe nur ein seitig verlängert sind. 3. Käfiganker nach Unteranspruch 2; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Stab nach links, der andere nach rechts verlängert ist.
