Sehachtel, in particular for Terpaekung of watch components, respectively. Clocks. For the packaging of Uhrenbesta.ndteile respectively. Clocks are boxes with inserts to form subjects. Previously used boxes have a frame surrounding the whole box, which mostly consists of a single strip folded into the shape of the box.
In this frame, longitudinal and transverse inserts are arranged, each consisting of a single piece and the incisions made by means of the longitudinal and transverse inserts are plugged together crosswise and glued to the frame and the box bottom. .
This embodiment has the disadvantage that the cutting machine must be set to three different lengths during the production of the individual insert pieces, since in a rectangular box the frame, the longitudinal and the transverse inserts have different lengths.
Further disadvantages are that the incisions have to be punched into the inserts and the inserts are thus weakened, and that the regularity of the compartments is essentially dependent on the skill of the worker inserting the inserts into the box. The solidity of the inserts glued to the frame is also low.
In the case of the box according to the present invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that each compartment is formed by a strip folded into a polygon, where adjacent compartments are connected to one another when the strips are adjacent.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 is a plan view, FIG. 2 is a section along the line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. D is a section along the line III-III in FIG . 1.
It is 1 the box provided with a rim 2, for example made of cardboard, which box has a box lid 3. In this box 1 compartments, for example of square shape, are formed in that strips 4, 5, suitably made of cardboard, are inserted folded into this square shape. Each subject is respectively from a single strip 4. 5 formed.
The individual square shapes are placed next to one another in the box and strip parts 4, 5 lying next to one another are connected to one another, expediently by means of a paper strip 6 (FIG. 3) which grips over the upper edge of the strip parts and is glued. The strip parts of each square forming the outer frame are also glued to the edge 2 of the box and all the strips are glued to the box bottom 1, so that the compartments are stable.
This embodiment has the advantage over the known ones that the cutting machine only has to be set to a single length, since. the manufacture of a special frame and special length and cross inserts is no longer necessary. Furthermore, any punching work is avoided, so that the solidity of the individual inserts is not adversely affected.
Another advantage of the mentioned embodiment is that all unqualified workers do a good job when inserting the animal, since the shape of the compartments is a.utomatiscli and no longer depends on the business of the worker. hangs. The solidity of the box is significantly greater than that of the known boxes, especially at the connection points with the outer frame.
