Heizelement an elektrischen Heizapparaten.

Heating element on electric heaters. In heating elements with heating wire on electrical heating devices of various types, it is often useful to guide the heating wire back and forth, because this weakens the induction, both between the different sections of the heating wire and between the heating wire and nearby metal parts. The latter induction can, for example, have an extremely damaging effect on electric steam boilers that use long iron pipes.
The present invention is a heating element on electrical stimulation app, araten, in which a bare heating wire in the form of a wire spiral in basically widened grooves, which are arranged in an insulation pad in the same direction, and is laid back and forth the heat radiates directly against the heating surface of the appliance.
The subject of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 an elevation of a heating element, FIG. 2 a plan view of the same heating element, FIG. 3 a longitudinal section of a liquid heater in which a number of heating elements elements: are built in, and FIG. 4 is a section along the line J-I of FIG. 3.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the cylindrical insulation support of the heating element is provided on the surface with basically widened grooves arranged in the longitudinal direction. In these grooves, the bare heating wire a is placed in a spiral shape, namely by being placed in the grooves of the base back and forth around the entire surface of the same. The diameter of the wire spirals is so large that the wire is prevented from emerging from the grooves.
The ends of the heating wire are connected to the power supply terminals (not shown) on the apparatus.
According to FIG. 3, a number of heating elements are arranged in one and the same apparatus and are connected to a rod d, which passes through a central bore of all the elements, by means of nuts.

The heating elements are connected in series and the main device has two small ones. Of course, the wire spiral could be referenced through the superimposed grooves of all insulation pads before it turns back.
Then all these insulation pads with the wire spiral form a single heating element. In this case, too, it is expedient to use insulating disks between the individual insulation layers, e.g. B. made of mica arranged.
When assembling several heating elbow doors in one device, the Ilciz wires of each element can be connected to special stretcher lines, so that the m-zii can load the device gradually as required.
In order to bring the wires of the various elements up to the terminals, the insulation pads are provided with through-going channels.
