Chain builder regulator for looms with seesaw influenced by the chain spinning. The invention relates to a chain boom regulator for looms with a rocker which is influenced by the chain tension and which influences the size of the switching movements to be given to the chain boom periodically by a switching device. In the previous chain boom regulators this z1rt, the chain boom is switched by a ratchet lever which, depending on the requirements, carries out a larger or smaller switching step.
This inconsistent stroke of the pawl is brought about by a complicated and accordingly expensive auxiliary device that is not easy to see on the chair.
In contrast, according to the invention, the switching device has a pawl which carries out a constant stroke and whose pawl during the swinging movement of the lever stretches over a shorter or longer distance depending on the position of a stop controlled by the rocker its stroke is held in engagement with the associated ratchet wheel, so that the chain tree makes a corresponding smaller or larger switching movement. granted.
With this type of solution, the entire compensation device is significantly simplified compared to so far we, so that it is less sensitive, while on the other hand it is clearer, which is especially to determine the source of error in inhibitions BEZW. Disturbances in the gait of the chair are important.
Appropriately, the mentioned rocker game is given for its movement caused by the shedding, whereby the tearing of the chain threads is prevented to a greater extent.
The subject of the invention is on the -an; lying drawing illustrated in exemplary execution.
Fig. 1 shows the control device in its entirety on a loom; Figs. 2 and 3 show the switching mechanism controlled by the rocker.
The chain 2 unwound from the chain tree 1 runs over a backrest in the form of an easily rotatable roller 3, which is carried ton an angle lever 4, which is mounted in 5 on the loom frame and with the roller 3 forms the rocker. The same is loaded by a helical spring 6 which is pushed onto a spindle 7 attached to the lever 4, is supported on a fixed stop 8 and can be regulated with a wing nut 9 in its tension.
The lever 4 has Ver connection with a guided and slightly braked in its leadership control rod 10, and that it can attack a threaded sleeve 11, which on the rod 10 is an adjustable. The sleeve 1.1 has a flange at both ends as a stop for the angle lever 4, which gives it a certain amount of play (dead gear), sufficient for the movement of the lever 4 to avoid the relatively small differences caused by the opening and closing of the compartment Do not let chain tension act on the Schaltvor direction.
It denotes 12 a wheel with a hand 13 and a worm 14 provided spindle. The worm 14 meshes with a worm wheel 15 fixed on the chain tree shaft, so that the chain tree 1 can be rotated by means of the spindle 12.
A ratchet wheel 16 is attached to the spindle 1.2. On one side of the switching wheel 1.6 sits rotatably on the spindle 12 of the angle lever 1.7 with pawl 18 for the wheel. 16. Usually, the two-armed lever forming pawl 18 is out of engagement with the wheel 16 and is due to one-sided excess weight with the one arm against a pin 19 of the lever 17. The second arm of the lever 17 engages a handlebar 20, which is connected to a rod 21 which is fixed on the loading swing shaft 22 and from this according to the movement of the loading 23 out - and is swung here.
This movement is carried from the handlebar 20 to the lever 17, which is thus kept constant in the oscillating movement when the loom is in motion. The control rod 10 is connected to a Win angle lever 24 which is rotatably seated on the spindle 12 on the two th side of the ratchet wheel 1.6. The lever 24 has, in the form of a two-armed lever, a stop 25 for the switching pawl 18 carried by the lever 17. As a result of one-sided excess weight, the stop 25 is normally with one arm against a stop pin 26 of the lever 24.
Depending on whether the control rod 10 is moved more or less upwards (according to FIG. 1) under the influence of the chain thread tension from the rocker 3, 4, in order to be in the position corresponding to the balance between the spring 6 and the chain thread tension are in the path of the pawl 18 be sensitive stop 25 in such a position that it sooner or later deflects the pawl 18 abutting it during the swinging movement of the lever 17 (see arrow direction in Fig. 2 and 3),
that this pawl engages the ratchet wheel 16 and this with appropriate pivoting of the lever; 24 switches. This pivoting of the lever 2.1 is because. at the same time chain is released from the chain tree, not hindered by the seesaw. When Zurizcksehwingen the lever 17, the pawl releases without wei teres from the engaged position, which as a result of the rotatable mounting of the stop 25 does not require any significant effort.
According to Fig. 2, the pawl 18 is in an ineffective position, while rend it takes a 3 switching position according to FIG.
If the pawl 18 is latched into the ratchet wheel 16 earlier when the lever 24 swings out, then it covers a greater distance in the engaged position than if it is not latched until later, since. the angle of rotation of the lever 17 is constant. Depending on the distance of engagement of the pawl 18, the ratchet wheel 16 is given a larger or smaller switching movement, which is transmitted to the chain tree shaft with the help of parts 12, 14, 15, whereby the chain tree is switched in the required manner.
If the pawl 18 over the whole distance of the angle of rotation described by the lever 19 with the ratchet 16 is engaged, then the ratchet 16 is the largest achievable in the course of unwinding the chain BEZW. required switching movement granted.
