Description

  

  Band zum Festbinden eines Schlauches an einen Hahnen, einer Röhre     etc.       Die     vorliegende    Erfindung     betrifft     ein aus biegsamem Metall hergestelltes  Band, welches ermöglicht, ohne Schrauben,  Stifte oder dergleichen, einen Gummi  schlauch an einen     Hahneu    oder einer Röhre  dauernd festzubinden. Auf der Zeichnung ist  der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise dar  gestellt.  



       Fig.    1 ist die Ansicht eines offenen  Bandes;       Fig.    2 und 3 zeigen zwei Ansichten des       teilweise        .geschlossenen    Bandes in verschie  denen Stadien;       Fig.    4     zeigt    eine Ansicht des geschlosse  nen Bandes.  



  Das aus einem biegsamen Metallstreifen  hergestellte Band 1 hat nahe seinem einen  Ende 4 zwei Lappen 2 und 3 und zwischen  diesen einen Schlitz 5, durch welchen das ihm  entferntere Ende des Bandes durchgezogen  werden kann.    Zum     Festbinden    eines Schlauches wird  das Band     mit,den    Lappen 2 und 3 auf das,  auf den Hahnen gestülpte Schlauchende auf  gelegt, dann um den Schlauch herumgelegt         und,das    von .den Lappen 2 und 3 entferntere  Ende .durch ,den Schlitz 5 gezogen, wie     Fig.    2  darstellt, den     so    gebildeten Ring zieht man  auf den Schlauch fest,

   indem man mit der       einen    Hand     am    Ende 4 festhält und mit der  andern an     dem,durch    -den Schlitz 5 gezogenen  Ende zieht. Sodann biegt man das aus dem       Schlitz    5     austretende    Ende zurück und faltet  die beiden Lappen 2 und 3 nach innen über  einander     (Fig.        -3);    das Band wird dann un  gefähr bündig mit den     ganten    der Lappen 2  und 3 abgeschnitten und das Ende 4 über die  umgefalteten     Lappen    2 und 3 umgelegt. Der  Schlauch     ist    damit fest     angeschlossen.  



  Tape for tying a hose to a faucet, a pipe, etc. The present invention relates to a tape made of flexible metal which allows a rubber hose to be permanently tied to a faucet or a pipe without screws, pins or the like. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example.



       Fig. 1 is a view of an open belt; 2 and 3 show two views of the partially closed band in different stages; Fig. 4 shows a view of the closed band.



  The band 1 made from a flexible metal strip has near its one end 4 two tabs 2 and 3 and between these a slot 5 through which the end of the band further away from it can be pulled. To tie up a hose, the tape with the tabs 2 and 3 is placed on the end of the hose placed on the tap, then placed around the hose and the end further away from the tabs 2 and 3 is pulled through the slot 5, as shown in Fig. 2, the ring thus formed is tightened on the hose,

   by holding onto end 4 with one hand and pulling the end pulled through the slot 5 with the other. The end emerging from the slot 5 is then bent back and the two flaps 2 and 3 are folded inwards over one another (Fig. -3); The tape is then cut flush with the ganten of the tabs 2 and 3 and the end 4 is folded over the folded tabs 2 and 3. The hose is now firmly connected.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Tape for tying a hose to a faucet, a tube, etc., consisting of a strip of flexible metal, which sits close to one end of two lateral lobes and a slot between these lobes, so that by pulling through the distant end a loop can be formed with the tape through the slot.
