Abstract
Un ensemble palier peut comprendre un module de capteur intégré retenu à l'intérieur d'un alésage dans le corps de palier. Le module de capteur comprend au moins une jauge de contrainte orientée pour détecter une charge de compression agissant sur le corps de palier. Le module de capteur peut être retenu à l'intérieur de l'alésage sous une charge de compression axiale. Le module de capteur peut comprendre une source d'alimentation et un module de communication filaire ou sans fil pour transmettre des informations indiquant la charge de compression à un instrument externe ou à un autre système.
