Abstract
La tôle d'acier traitée en surface d'après la présente invention comprend : une tôle d'acier; et une couche de placage formée sur un ou sur les deux côtés de la tôle d'acier et contenant du zinc, ainsi que du vanadium ou du zirconium. La couche de placage comporte des cristaux dendritiques qui contiennent du zinc métallique et une région de remplissage inter-cristaux qui remplit une région entre les cristaux dendritiques et présente un diagramme de diffraction amorphe pendant une diffraction d'électrons. Pour la couche de placage contenant du vanadium, la région de remplissage inter-cristaux contient de l'oxyde de vanadium hydraté ou de l'hydroxyde de vanadium. Pour la couche de placage contenant du zirconium, la région de remplissage inter-cristaux contient de l'oxyde de zirconium hydraté ou de l'hydroxyde de zirconium.
