Abstract

Système interactif de mise à disposition d'énergie électrique et base interactive souterraine de captage et d'alimentation en énergie électrique, comprenant une partie supérieure externe rattachable à au moins un dispositif générateur d'énergie électrique et rattachable à au moins un dispositif consommateur d'énergie électrique, et une partie inférieure ou souterraine constituée d'une base étanche comportant: au moins une partie creuse ayant à sa partie supérieure une ouverture que l'on peut fermer par un couvercle supérieur d'étanchéité; au moins une cage de stockage positionnée à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure ou souterraine, solidarisé avec le couvercle d'étanchéité, ladite au moins une cage de stockage étant configurée pour y déposer au moins un accumulateur électrique; un dispositif de levage de la au moins une cage de stockage. Procédés de fabrication de ceux-ci par assemblage de leurs éléments constitutifs. Utilisations de ceux-ci pour l'entreposage et mise à disposition d'énergie électrique.
