Abstract

Appareil et procédé permettant de capturer les émissions issues d'un appareil de traitement d'une atmosphère contrôlée du type ayant au moins une, et habituellement plusieurs, zones d'atmosphère contrôlée et des conduits d'échappement qui rejettent des émissions nocives pour l'environnement. Des buses sont fixées aux conduits d'échappement des diverses zones d'atmosphère contrôlée dans l'appareil de traitement. Les buses accélèrent le flux d'échappement des conduits d'échappement et forment un moyen de mesure du flux provenant des conduits d'échappement tout en maintenant les débits massiques des conduits d'échappement à des niveaux prédéterminés. Le flux provenant des buses est dirigé dans des conduites fermées vers un filtre facultatif et un ventilateur d'échappement qui assure une aspiration pour attirer le flux d'échappement dans les buses.
