Abstract

La présente invention concerne des molécules isolées d'acide nucléique codant des polypeptides comprenant des récepteurs fonctionnels de l'hormone stéroïde et de la néotinine, et en particulier des molécules isolées d'acide nucléique codant des polypeptides comprenant les récepteurs de l'hormone de mue et de la néotinine de <i>Lucilia cuprina</i>, <i>Mysus persicae</i>, et <i>Bemisia tabaci</i>. L'invention porte également sur des récepteurs fonctionnels de recombinaison de l'hormone stéroïde et de la néotinine, ainsi que sur leurs sous-unités polypeptidiques de recombinaison et leurs dérivés et analogues. L'invention porte, en outre, sur des systèmes et procédés de criblage permettant d'identifier les agents à effet insecticide qui peuvent jouer le rôle d'agonistes ou d'antagonistes de la fonction réceptrice de l'insecte, ou en variante ou en complément, qui modifient l'affinité desdits récepteurs pour leurs stimuli cellulaires (par exemple l'hormone stéroïde et de la néotinine d'insectes) ou leurs analogues, ou qui, en variante ou en complément, jouent le rôle d'insecticides de par leur capacité à servir d'agonistes ou d'antagonistes de l'activité des hormones des insectes.
