Abstract
Description
Fastening device comprising a tiae hanging on a wall The invention relates to a device for the removable attachment and adjustable objects, comprising at least one rod, one of which upper end region is apt to be linked to a substantially vertical wall through a room anchor firmly attached to it, and parts detachable hangers each of which can be mounted at a height adjustable on said rod, in a main region of it extending substantially vertically and in line right.
Such a device is described in EP 0 429 339 A. This device Known tif requires additional anchoring of the region bottom end of the stem to the vertical wall or floor, a spacer to separate from the vertical wall the main region of the stem, and flexible connections for connect this main region to the end region superior, through an oblique region.
The upper end of the stem is screwed into the room anchor.
The main object of the invention is to simplify the tif and the operations necessary for its implementation.
Another goal is to allow a continuous adjustment of the position of the rod along the vertical wall.
The invention aims in particular at a device of the kind defined in introduction, and provides that said end region upper part comprises an upper section and a section lower offset relative to each other at a time according to the direction of the main region and transversely to this direction and connected to each other by a stretch intermediate, and that the anchor has a first bearing surface facing said wall, a second bearing surface turned upwards and a third bearing surface turned away from said wall, clean
2 PCT / FR00 / 00336 to cooperate with mating surfaces of the upper section, of the intermediate and lower sections respectively to ensure stable fixation of the stem by simple suspension to the anchor, under the effect of its own weight and, where appropriate, that of objects on the door.
Optional features of the invention, complemen-or alternatives, are set out below:
- said first bearing surface on the one hand, said second and third bearing surfaces on the other hand, keep separate parts of the anchor part on the other by an opening allowing the introduction of the upper section in an internal cavity of the room anchoring by a translational movement of the oriented rod obliquely, a pivoting movement towards an orientation vertical, during and / or after said translational movement to bring said bearing surfaces into cooperation with their respective combined surfaces.
Said second bearing surface and its conjugate surface are substantially flat and horizontal.
- The anchoring piece is svmetric with respect to a plane horizontal.
- said lower section is substantially in alignment from the main region.
- said parts of the anchor piece are two wings extending from one another to the other tives that connect them to a base applied to the wall.
- The said wings extend substantially in the same plane vertical.
- The anchor is a profiled rail suitable to be fixed horizontally along the wall and to receive one or
3 several rods in continuously adjustable positions in its longitudinal direction.
The features and advantages of the invention will be described in more detail in the description below, referring to the attached drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a device according to ? inventior_ fixed on a wall.
FIG. 2 is a partial perspective view showing a hanging piece and the area of the rod on which she is mounted.
Figure 3 is a side view of the device, showing the Anchoring rail in section.
FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIG.
stem during its placement.
The device shown comprises a rail 1 extending horizontally along a vertical wall 2. The rail 1 has a C profile whose back 3 is applied, and fixed by means not shown such as screws, on the wall 2. Each of the upper and lower branches of the profile defines a crossbar 4, 5 and a wing 6, 7, each crosspiece connecting the corresponding wing to the back and both wings extending towards each other, in the same vertical plane, from their respective transits, leaving between them an opening 8 in the form of a longitudinal slot, by which the internal cavity 9 of the rail communicates with the outside laughing.
In Figure 1 are shown two identical rods 10 suspended on the rail 1 and offset relative to each other in the longitudinal direction thereof. Each stem comprises a main region 11 rectilinear and vertical and an upper end region 12, better visible on the Figure 3, having a general shape in S. The region 12 is consists of a lower section 13 extending vertically in the alignment of region 11, in front of the wing lower rail 7, that is to say the opposite of it by wall 2, of an upper section 14 adjacent to the upper end 15 of the stem, extending vertically within cavity 9, and an intermediate section 16 extending obliquely and connecting them together sections 13 and 14. The outer surface 17 flat and vertical of the wing 7 serves as a bearing surface for a corresponding surface 18 of the section 13. The inner face 19 flat and vertical of the wing 6 serves as a support surface for a corresponding surface.
20 of the section 14. The upper edge 21 plane and horizontal plane of the wing 7 serves as a support surface for a corresponding surface 22, flat and horizontal, of the section 16. The cooperation of these surfaces prevents any displacement stem downwards and any pivoting tending towards expensive from the wall its main area 11. The weight of the stem, and where applicable, objects mounted on it as described further away, prevents it from lifting and rotating that his main area is moving away from the wall. The stem is steadily maintained on the rail, without resorting to reported fastening means or to operations of screwing.
In the example illustrated, the rail 1 is symmetrical with respect to to a horizontal plane, which avoids any error of orientation when fixing it on the wall.
The main region 11 of the rod 10 has advantageous a cylindrical form of revolution. The region of mite 12 can be obtained by deformation from a rod initial entirely of revolution. The flat surface 22 and at least a flat portion of the surface 18 can be obtained by means of the tool used for this deformation, or nar a posterior machining.
It can be seen in FIG. 4 that the upper section 14 can be introduced into the cavity 9, through the slot 8, by a translational movement of the rod 10 oriented obliquely, this translational movement taking place, for example, horizontally according to the arrow Fi. The end of this movement translation is accompanied or followed by a movement of pivoting according to the arrow F2, bringing the rod into its final vertical orientation and bringing the surfaces flanked 17, 19 and 21 in cooperation with their combined surfaces respectively 18, 20 and 22.
Figure 1 also shows two hanging parts 30, mounted respectively on the rods 10. These parts, known in themselves and one of which is represented in more detail in Figure 2, can be mounted on the rods in a continuously adjustable position along those ci, by means described in FR 2 627 241 A.
have a hook 31 for hanging objects.
The device of FIG. 1 can be used especially as that cane for the hanging of a painting in front of the wall. The number and the mutual spacing of the rods 10 may vary to will according to the size and weight of the painting. The parts 30 may be replaced by hanging parts of different types, such as the various parts described in FR 2 407 691 A and FR 2 627 241 A, depending on the nature of objects to hang. Of course, several objects can be supported by respective rods or games respective stems, all the stems being suspended at a same rail or to mutually aligned rails.
If you do not wish to have a possibility of adjustment the position of the rods along the wall, we can use for each rod a short anchor, instead of a rail, fixed in the desired position.
The lower section of the upper region of the stem, at instead of being in alignment with its main region, may be horizontally offset from it, by example to remove objects to hang from the wall.
