Abstract
Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention concerne une méthode d'analyse en flux latéral. Cette méthode consiste à déposer un échantillon sur une lame d'épreuve au niveau d'une zone d'application, à détecter un premier signal de détection dans la première zone de détection et à générer une ligne de départ pour la première zone de mesure par interpolation des valeurs du signal de détection qui se situent en dehors de la première zone de mesure et à l'intérieur de la première zone de détection. Cette méthode peut faire intervenir une frontière initiale et une frontière finale pour la première mesure sur la lame d'épreuve. Selon ce mode de réalisation, on peut également incorporer des zones de détection supplémentaires assorties de zones de mesure.
