Abstract
An alignment joint, a trolley door and a joining method making it possible to connect and mutually align the ends of two track rails and suspension bridges of closed section with opening in the lower edge allowing the transfer of trolleys one rail to the other via a rail section. The joint makes it possible to connect and align a section of rail cut at an angle at the ends to two rails, the joined end of which is also cut at an angle. The central rail section and the two rails form a continuous and uniform running surface. The interlocking of the four sides of the section of the rails created by the joint provides bearing surfaces for the central section and the two opposite ends of the rails, in which are placed bolts capable of transmitting the separation forces to the elements of the attached. The joint allows relative and limited movement of the central section and the joined rails in the longitudinal direction while ensuring alignment of the rails. Relative movement is limited to the space between two rails that a carriage can support without compromising its efficient rolling from one rail to the other. The use of the removable central section to join the two rails makes it possible to insert or remove carriages without disassembling the rails from their suspension components or their end caps.
Description
DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The present invention relates to an alignment joint, a door to carts and a method junction to connect and align the ends of each other two track rails and closed section suspension bridges with opening in the lower edge allowing the transfer of trolleys via a modified and removable rail section. The removable section is a trolley door.
It is commonly used to insert or remove a carriage from the rail tracks suspended, having to disassemble the rails of the suspension elements or have to disassemble the tips of rails located at the ends of the system and having to remove carts located between these ends to insert or remove a cart. Common seals offer a butt assembly of rails not allowing the insertion or removal of a carriage. In systems of hanging rails, the rail suspensions transmit the movements of the structure to the tracks rails creating stresses in rigid joints. These constraints cause the rail misalignment preventing transfer and efficient rolling of the carriage. The methods do not provide horizontal and vertical alignment by interlocking. In addition, during the passage of a cart on a joint perpendicular to the direction of travel, the two coaxial wheels of the carriage cross simultaneously the seal causing high resistance to displacement.
I have discovered that these disadvantages can be eliminated. I created a alignment joint -trolley doors and developed a method of joining rails that can connect two rails per via a removable rail section for inserting or to remove a cart. Of more, the joint made up of a bolted assembly allows relative movement of the two rails and of the central rail section in the longitudinal direction of the rails while retaining alignment vertical and horizontal rails. Finally by developing a method of angle junction, the coaxial wheels of the carriage cross one after the other the joint allowing a continuous turnover.
Relative to the drawings which illustrate the embodiment of the invention, Figure 1 shows a plan view of the embodiment Figure 2 shows an elevation view of the embodiment Figure 3 shows a section on line AA in Figure 2 The two number 1 and 2 plates support the side and bottom walls of the central section 3 and the ends of the two rails to be joined 4 and 5. The two plates 1 and 2 are 13 holes so that bolts 6 can be inserted without play. The central section 3 and the two ends 4 and are cut at an angle, the cutting surface of which is in the vertical plane, at each of their ends and holes 11 in the side wall. The holes made in the central section 3 and the rails 4 and 5 allow the bolts 6 to be inserted with play. The cutting angle of the central section and the angle of cut of the joined end are complementary angles by management report of rolling. A bar 7 pierced vertically 12 and horizontally 14 is inserted between the wall upper rail and upper lips 10 of the rail profile. Thanks to of bolts horizontal 6 the central section 3 and the two rails 4 and 5 are located nested by the bar 7 and the plates 1 and 2 allowing lateral tightening of the sections to be joined. The vertical tightening by means of a horizontal plate 8 with a vertical hole 1 S, placed above lips upper 10 of the profile and bolts 9 connected to the bar 7. The clearance longitudinal between section central 3 and the rails 4 and 5 is obtained by the clearance between the bolts 6 and the holes drilled in these parts 11. The central section 3 can be disassembled by removing the bolts 6 and plate 1.
Once the central section is disassembled, it is possible to install or to remove a cart.
